This makes me so happy, just to see that there will at least always be 1 good condition, complete set of alpha in the world
My watch has begun, I shall guard it well 🙂 Thanks for tuning in -- I appreciate the comment
@@AlphaHoarder its always great to meet a fellow collector :) keep up the good preservation and collecting
@@saitamaopm7865 There is someone out there with 12 sets. Not sure how many in good condition though
This is the kind of thing that makes me really happy too, its less about money and more about having the integrity of keeping the old school cards in beautiful condition to share with people
What a phenomenal collection, I think the birds of paradise is my favorite. Now you only have to do this three more times for a full play set!
🤣🤣 Oh man, don’t give me ideas like that…
Thank you for showing your complete alpha set unreal collection mate.
I stared at the end of unlimited never had power but I like say I was introduced to mtg and love it ever since to this day.
The old stuff is truly special
100% justified to call yourself AlphaHoarder. This video made my day again, and will re-watch this whenever I feel down. Please keep the hoarding going strong!
Thanks for that!! Appreciate you watching 👍
Awesome ! Congrats Dude . That Binder is worth a fortune . Keep it safe dude
I've got a Revised set my dad and I put together back when I was about 14 or 15. He has passed away since. I've thought about selling it a few times but I don't think I would go through it.
That’s a very cool memento of the time you spent together. Probably staying in your collection for life.
Such a beautiful collection. Thanks for sharing it!
Thank you! And thanks so much for watching
Wow, just wow… Beautiful collection!
Thanks, and thank you for watching!
Awesome.

Thanks for watching!
You're an absolute legend! So cooool! Happy for you.
Thank you, and thanks for watching!
This is an incredible collection! I was happy to have the power 9 in unlimited. This is next level man. Really nice. Would love to hear how and when you aquired some of the big cards.
Thanks! I got most of the big hitters in 2019 and 2020, including my Lotus. A few involved trades, but most did not. Aside from that, the Underground Sea -- which I just added this year -- was the toughest acquisition for sure.
What an insane collection. Amazing. Thanks for sharing!
I have a grim suspicion most of the insanity is with the collector, rather than the collection 🤣 thanks for watching!!
@@AlphaHoarder Hahaah, well said!
Beautiful collection!
Thank you!
Incredible collection! It's only going to get more and more difficult to make a complete alpha set, let alone in this condition. 99.9% of buyers are completely priced out at this point even if they can find the cards. I'm primarily a player, but I do some buying and selling of some older cards like this.
As far as Aspect of Wolf and Will o the Wisp, they aren't very good cards any more, but I do remember playing will o the wisp often when I played as a kid. A lot of kids liked that card because it was so hard to kill. So there is some nostalgia to it.
Mahamoti Djinn is another card that's considered bad now, but I have a huge amount of nostalgia for. It was a great finisher for mono blue control decks. I actually came across a seller with 2 alpha bgs 8.5s a few months ago.
Vesuvan Doppelganger is IMPOSSIBLE to find now. From what I have heard, someone bought them all out earlier this year. Even the unlimited version shot up in price the last few months. I've only seen them in LP- or worse condition this year. The NM or better copies are just gone, so consider yourself lucky!
Congratulations on the set again!
-Joe
Thanks so much! Ah, yeah, so I bet the condition attrition on Aspect and Will-o is very high, that explains the trouble finding them. I love Mahamoti, and I've heard that from a lot of collectors as well. Funny how some cards stick like that. I didn't realize Vesuvan had a buyout...! One of my very favorite cards for sure. Appreciate you watching.
@@AlphaHoarder There are a lot of Quinton Hoover fans out there, too. And Doppelganger is considered by many to be his best, and certainly most iconic piece. So that may explain some of the hoarding going on with that card. It's actually not a good card, and wasn't even very good when it was printed, but it does have a neat effect that made it worth playing for fun.
Beautiful collection…..glad you were able to find that nice underground sea to complete it!
It was an expensive hunt 🤕🤕🤕 but I’m thrilled with the results!
There’s SEVEN cards missing from Alpha to beta. You did not mention the third art of all five basic lands. Also, 27 cards were fundamentally changed in some way when printed in Beta. One creature swaps power/ toughness! Two change casting cost!
I have a misprinted Alpha Demonic Tutor, and a playtest copy too if you want to go down that rabbit hole!
True! Although my understanding was the 5 additional lands were added after, to reach 300 set-cards count, rather than omitted by mistake. What sort of misprint is the Tutor? I’d love one of those for my collection 🤤
Your comment at the end, it makes you so happy is exactly how I would feel too. Just a perfect comment to cap the collection off.
Aspect of wolf wasnt anything special. There was probably some edgelord that started collecting them in the 90's, because of the art, and has a huge percentage of the print run. Just my guess. Nice collection. I worked for a guy in the 90's who was working on 5 beta sets. One perfect mint set and 4 play sets. He bankrupted himself going for 5 sets of everything from Beta to Alliances. But had an awesome collection to show for it.
Wow lol that’s a whole other level of going all in! Thanks for the comment 👍
Thank you for sharing your set. It represents a lot of dedication. I've been collecting ABU cards for a long time. I know you say you're a collector and not a player but you should really consider giving A40 league a try. It's very casual and a lot of fun. All games take place over webcam so your cards stay safe. Best way to meet and chat with other Alpha collectors.
People keep telling me that - I’m going to give it a look, because it does sound like a lot of fun. As much as I’ve put into my hoarding, I don’t have 10 copies of Sapphire or anything like that… I’ve seen lots of pictures of a40 decks, and some are insane!!
@@AlphaHoarder Check out the northernpaladins Alpha40 league rules online. The format has a very balanced restricted list crafted to simulate a mid-90s cardpool environment where everyone had limited access to cards. It creates a balanced metagame where budget decks can compete and have fun. The variant of A40 you're thinking off is a different format where you can play anything with no restrictions. That's not what the Alpha40 league is.
@@dmarker21 Oh wow, I checked out the rules (this, right? northernpaladins.com/Alpha-40-League.pdf), that actually is really well balanced. This format sounds like a ton of fun! Yeah I guess the photos I've seen are something else. They are all like turn 1 wins, loaded with ancestrals and stuff. Awesome to drool over, but not very realistic to assemble. Thanks for pointing me at this!!
@@AlphaHoarder Yes. It's a facebook league. That's how the online games are organized.
Beautiful… nuff said
MTG porn at its finest! Amazing! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!!
Thanks for sharing this dude. Beautiful collection👍🏻
Thanks for watching, I appreciate you
I think you can say you've won MTG now.
🤣
Nothing short of stunning . I can only hope to one day get something on this caliber but I will settle with my play set of revised . Congratulations!
Thanks! I love revised, it will always hold a special place for me. You have a playset of the entire set? That’s pretty epic. And thanks for watching.
Well done on the playset of Revised. No easy feat these days.
Will o Wisp and Aspect of Wolf were two of the most playable cards back in the day, that is why they are hard to find.
Ahh, ty, that def explains it. My hunt for a beautiful Will’o continues…!
And the fact that it was only one mana meant it hit the table a lot.
I'm so happy I stumbled upon your channel. What an amazing collection. 👏
I started playing in '97 when I was in 8th grade. Sold everything in '02. 😭 I don't know why it took me until last year to come back to MTG, but it did. I had a buddy try to me to play about 8-10 years ago, but I wasn't interested in the new cards, and collecting simply wasn't on my mind then. One of my biggest regrets now.
I know what you mean… I exited the hobby around the same time (thankfully I didn’t sell 😅) and was re-introduced to it in 2010. The discovery of Planeswalkers and the removal of simple rules like mana burn through me off so much that I didn’t stick around. I sure wish I had, but such is life! I really appreciate you watching 👍
Impressive. I never had the power 9 but started really playing the game around 03 (I was 13) got my first job at 15 and could afford to buy cards then started winning tournaments at my local shop where we had an average of between 40-60 players on friday nights. I really am happy i played when I did, it was fun playing legacy and type 2 but by 07 I really started losing interest, it was turning more and more into a game of who had the most expensive deck and as you get older you have to pay for more things. I really wish I would have kept my collection to look back on with some nostalgia. But the early-mid 2000s were a really good time to play the game.
I was definitely a good time to be playing. I was on a similar trajectory as far as my interest and attention, though I started phasing out a little bit earlier. Pretty impressive that you won tournaments… I was never very good at the game to be honest. I was more drawn to the fantasy event elements of it.
Wowsers!! Love the Alpha Hoarder!!
i have a cgc 8.5 Jayemdae Tome i would let go for 4, and a cgc 8 Mahamoti Djinn for 2.8, i have scans i could send you anytime. lmk:)
Nice cards! If I’m looking for either of those two in the near future, I’ll reach out.
What do you do for a living? This set corresponds to an average lifetime earnings
I started a software business and a real estate business. A decade of hard work plus a few lucky breaks, and I eventually clawed my way into a very fortunate situation 🙂
Hey!
Was just curious what binder and sleeves you're using in this video. The binders and sleeves I've used in the past would have the cards sliding around every time I closed it despite being higher end models. Looking for a long term storage solution like this one for my Alpha cards.
I use Titan Shield for the sleeves, they do a good job holding cards still. The binder was discontinued some years ago unfortunately...
@@AlphaHoarder Ah unfortunate, but the sleeve info is great, thank you! I was wondering what you think of binders with zippers. I used to think they were good because they keep things contained better, but there's not really any airflow right?
Yeah good point. Although your probably don't have to stress airflow if your humidity is stable. I don't mind some of the zipper ones, but I don't tend to use the zipper personally, I just leave it unzipped.
If I win the lottery I am collecting a "Heavy Play" Alpha collection. That's how I'd want it. :)
There is something extra to the history when the cards are played…!
And here i am 2 cards away from finishing my unlimited set haha
Which two? Unlimited is a beautiful set
@@AlphaHoarder timetwister and tropical island i just purchased the lotus recently ...been building this set since 2016 took a while haha
I'm still missing unlimited time twister as well 😩 That's awesome, you're so close!
Cool collection. It's a little upsetting that you don't even play.
I play occasionally and very casually, but for me my passion is collecting 🙂
Beautiful set. I dream of someday owning a set of alpha, but many of the cards are already prohibitively expensive. I can't imagine how much worse it will get with time.
Yeah, that is unfortunately the case, the prices are insane. Compared to some of these old-school collectors, I'm new at going after the old stuff, and even since I started many prices have tripled!
This is amazing! Beautiful from the binder to the cards. Congratulations on your efforts, it was a great pleasure to watch and hear your comments. I was very lucky to find your channel, as I'm about to start a seventh edition collection, which is when I started playing.
I would like to know your thoughts on whether collecting in Portuguese, which is my language, would change the overall value of the cards a lot?
Thanks again for showing us your collection!
Thanks for those comments, I appreciate you watching! Typically non-English cards are cheaper to acquire, and a little bit less liquid to sell. But you should collect what you love! I know plenty of people who collect non-English cards and have beautiful collections.
Absolutely incredible collection, thank you for sharing!
Thanks man, and I really appreciate you watching 👍
@@AlphaHoarder will be subscribing! Just stumbled onto the channel today and I love anything mtg finance related. Got my graded dual lands, mox emerald, and others in display cases in the basement. Currently working on my next piece of power.
Tons of jealousy. Amazing.
Thanks for watching 👍
It’s crazy how all alpha rares are on paper the same rarity. I like that
The binder itself looks really nice.
Classy way to store a collection.
Will-o'-the-Wisp was a great card for the first few years of the game.
You can play it on turn 1, and it can block anything since it has Flying.
It'll stop a Shivan Dragon or Serra Angel no problem.
It also regenerates for 1 black mana, so it sticks around after blocking.
Lightning Bolt, Wrath of God, Nevinyrral's Disk won't touch it if you leave some black mana available.
That explains why the card is so hard to find! Appreciate the comment. Hope you had a nice holiday 👍
Also, you couldn't destroy it with Terror.
Incredible,my god....
These old cards take my breath away every time. Thx for watching the video 🙂
MAn! I never realized that the tutor has the art of volcanic eruption on the background (not the same exactly, but thae same style by the same artist!, cool!)
Yeah I had no idea until then 🤣 it makes me appreciate the volcanic art more
Sorry to bother you, but I wanted to ask about the leather case for the Lotus. I was looking for it online for a while but I don’t think I found the right ones. There is ‘Hi-End’ that has a Velcro back, and there is ‘Card Case Pro’ that looks closer but I wasn’t sure.
I’d like to put some of my nicer graded cards in those. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
Card case pro, those are the ones!
@@AlphaHoarder thanks so much! I spent way too much time on leather card sleeve picture analysis this evening! 😛
We’ve all been there lol
Wow how much would this collection be worth?
Tough question! To put this together from scratch, today, at current prices and in similar condition…. I gotta think we’re above 7 figures 🤔 Power and duals are halfway there by themselves, assuming you can find them in the market in good condition.
This is beautiful!!! 🤩 well done 👍
I also do the alphabetical sort on my full sets. For the rest I have them broken out by set and color.
My favorite card as a kid was Mahamoti Djinn so I have an 8.5 Alpha (9 Beta, 9.5 Unlimited and Revised).
Getting that and the Alpha Vesuvan have been highlights of mtg collecting for me so far.
Re: Will O’ The Wisps. SUPER playable card back then so not surprised you can’t find a nice copy
Nice - Yeah I do like the color sorting, I do that with my duplicates, but for the main binder, went alphabetical. Do you have any graded cards as part of your sets? I still haven’t found a great system for that, as you saw by those placeholders I stuck in the binder.
@@AlphaHoarder yes and I don’t have a good system for that either. When I was compiling the sets I had little scraps of paper with the name and rarity that I put in the pages as placeholders, so I kept them there for some sets, while with others I’ve put proxies or worse condition duplicates. Haven’t decided what’s better tbh
one person im friends with on IG has over 100 volcanic eruptions...prob why they are hard to find lol
Insane collection. I can't believe Rudy has a PSA 10 Underground Sea.
Thanks 🙏 Yeah I sometimes wonder what Rudy’s collection must look like… The sheer accumulation power people who were doing this 10 years ago at those prices is mind numbing.
Most impressive is the Chaos Orb.
The rarity and the fact that so many were abused, dropped onto playing areas. Friend had an unlimited Chaos Orb that survived a night or two in the parking lot when he lost it.
SWEET COLLECTION!!!
Yes, a chaos orb without wrecked corners is an amazing thing 🤣 thanks for watching
how on earth do you fund this LOL my collection is like 3 cards worth of alphas
Even 3 alpha cards makes your collection more rare than most people’s! As for mine, it was a little over a decade of not sleeping and working all the time, plus a few lucky breaks along the way, and eventually I made it through to the other side 😅
@@AlphaHoarder love it
Seeing all these makes me happy, too! Congratulations on this pile of cards!
Thanks for watching! Love sharing this stuff with people who appreciate it
Incredible collection. The amount of effort and years of hunting are evidenced by this set. What year did you start obtaining your Alpha cards? That could be a cool video to tell your collecting story and in what years, generally, you picked up some of these highly valuable cards. I think you mentioned being in 5th grade and having Magic Cards.
Thanks for watching! Yes, I started in 5th grade, but I fell out of the hobby for many years, and didn’t have many alpha cards from those days. I got back in ~2016 and have gone a little off the deep end since then 🙃
@@AlphaHoarder So you have done quite a bit of damage in 6 years. :) Wow
The unfortunate part of anything this expensive is you want to look at it all the time but ultimately you can't keep it in your home
Yeah, that’s unfortunately true for the big ticket items.
That binder is really cool, any idea where I could buy one?
They were discontinued several years ago. It was called the Anter Trading Portfolio on Amazon.
@@AlphaHoarder Understood, thank you.
You had me in the first 60 seconds ❤
I own one Alpha card. One MP Goblin Balloon Brigade I bought for $5 some years back that now even at MP is like $100 or so. Its my friends favorite card so I added it to a common/uncommon cube I was making. I haven't had a chance to draft this specific cube with this specific friend but I would LOVE to get the chance for him to draft it with me.
I also own ONE Beta card as well a Drudge Skeletons which is also MP which I also got for $5 back in the day.
My other Oldest cards I have are the 22 Black Border Antiquities Urzatron pieces I have which are LP.
I'm not a collector though, I'm a Player so If I get a card its usually because I want to put it in a deck and use it
and usually I don't overly care which set the stuff I play with comes from except in specific cases like my Tron pieces or cases where there was clearly a perfered art style.
That’s a heck of an ROI! Card value aside, it’s just cool owning a piece of history, even a single card. I love the balloon brigade and Drudge skeletons 💪💪
Congratulations, I love your set! Where did you get that binder? What would you recommend as a “budget” A40 deck? I have about 40-50 common Alphas and Lands; I don’t care if the deck wins, I just want to play. Thank you for the content as well as your time. Thanks for sharing.
That’s the “Anter Trading Binder” from Amazon, but it went out of stock a few months ago and hasn’t come back unfortunately. As for a budget deck, I’m much more of a collector than a player, so I really couldn’t say which of the few A40 decks in familiar with are budget 🤔 but I’m sure you can play for fun with that many commons on hand. Thanks for watching!
Im speechless. I got suggested your storing collection tips video (interesting one tho) a couple of minutes ago, and now I'm ended here watching this madness. Absolutely insane collection man, thanks for sharing it.
I was about to ask whats the brand of this classy binder, then i scrolled the comments. Its still out of stock, isnt it?
I appreciate you swinging by! Yes, sadly, I’ve never yet seen it back in stock…
This will always be 1 of my favorite videos to watch. As I have a workshop & tabernacle but NO P9, I feel good watching this knowing someone cooler 😎 than RUDY has more quality old school cards than him! (& hopefully the other 🐳) Thanks Mike for sharing, I know it seems risky, don't back away from displaying sweet MTG history!
Really appreciate that 🤜🤛
Siiiick collection! Niceeee!
I did the poor man’s version, revised. No power or black border but I still look at. Awesome collection
Oh yeah, that’s awesome man! Revised is a beautiful set. That faded look is so vintage feeling… especially the duals.
@@AlphaHoarder i did one complete set and 3 other sets with no duals. In addition to metal worker, cradle, and some other playable cards from older sets
Oh nice - that’s really cool, love to hear that!
Amazing and beautiful cards!
Ty 👍
Amazing collection mate. So glad i stumbled upon this video. My Alpha Will-o-the-wisp is my prized possession. Favourite card in the game. Would love to see more of your collection
Great card, epic art, too. Take good care of that one! Thanks for watching. I’ll be sharing more as I go… still feeling out the road here on UA-cam, but the original purpose of the channel was to share what I have, and that’s what I hope to do!
Not much to say because I'm speechless...I'm just gonna breathe.
13:10 I'll tell you one reason. I know a guys who owns 100. That's a 10% of the print run, which was his actual goal.
Takes my breath away every time! 100 copies!? Wow I thought I was nuts, lol! Thanks for watching
There is someone with 130 odd Savannah Lions as well
One of the greatest MTG vids I've had the pleasure of viewing. What an amazing collection with the crown jewel - a 9.5 alpha lotus. Regarding the Alpha collector in Hawaii, his name is Phil. I also collect alpha and a sizeable percentage of my net worth it tied up in high tier alpha cards. However, they are not of the caliber/condition shown in your video. Very beautiful.
Thanks for the kind feedback! I love hearing from fellow Alpha collectors - what’s your favorite/most nostalgic card from your own collection?
@@AlphaHoarder shivan dragon. What about yours?
@@wuschelbeutel Ohh, good answer. Tough question... I think maybe Time Walk. That was the power card I was most interested in as a kid, and remains my very favorite art piece. But the Shivan and Vesuvan would make the top 3 for me.
@@AlphaHoarder so many iconic cards in alpha.. Always found the time walk art very mysterious when I was a kid
a near mint alpha lotus alone is north of 6 figures
Oh man I feel bad for you I'm deep in but at least not this deep in at least you got a good ROI on Earthbind hopefully you got a few hundred lying around flip em now
I am in deep, that’s for sure! I won’t be exiting yet, but who knows, this could turn out to have been the best chance.
Black backed sleeves make the condition of old black borders very noticeable imo. Perhaps you prefer the white. Certain situations I like to keep some of my nm in just the transparent, like how a graded is displayed. However, since yours are such good condition it seems the condition may pop more. Loving the presentation, man. Perfect binder for such a collection.
My original hope was the white would accent a clean black edge by way of contrast. Maybe they'd look nicer on black though... perhaps I'll give that a try. Thanks for watching :-)
This Is Some Serious Gourmet Shit
Big fan of yours Mike. I started collecting mint graded alpha this year and have become thoroughly addicted. I'm at 12/295 so far (a long way and a lot of money to go lol), but it's a nice long term goal, and like you I probably look at them way too much. A suggestion - I think videos where you share stories behind some of your more memorable acquisitions or other interesting stories along your way to the full set would be well received. Although I imagine you may not want to share all your secrets :)
Thanks for the comment and feedback, I appreciate both! That’s awesome man - love hearing from fellow travelers on the Alpha journey. It is a long road, but it’s a special one, especially for those of us who truly appreciate the cards. Hope to hear from you again with an update, some time 👍👍
One of the nicest ungraded Alpha sets I have seen ... My set stands at 51% (graded PSA) but with todays prices, the heavy hitters will never be affordable ... So I enjoy the cards that I have and try to add the odd one here and there if affordable ... Whatever you paid for this set, its worth so much more today, well done !!
Ohh, nice! Are you collecting a specific PSA grade? That’s a wonderful thing, love hearing about it.
Very nice, what kind of binder is that?
It's from amazon, but it seems the company making it discontinued it a few months ago... I've been searching for an alternative but no luck so far. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082FQ82MS/ Thanks for watching!
Keep coming back to this, such an insane binder. More collection content please 🙏
Will do!

Awesome man, just a pristine set, I actually have a not bad copy of will o, it's my only alpha rare and yeah I don't plan on parting with it anytime soon, just the sheer rareness and history of the alpha. Thanks for sharing, really cool to see them all together like that.
Thanks for watching, I’m glad you enjoyed it. That’s awesome about will-o’-the-wisp - Take good care of that guy! Very rare, very special, and VERY few people can ever hold a clean copy.
What binder is that? Something bespoke you had done?
It was just from Amazon, but has been discontinued. It was the Anter Trading Portfolio. I check every few months to see if it’s coming back, because I could use some more… but out of stock going on 3 years now 😞
Seeing this collection is great. I remember when I was a kid and my parents couldn't afford Pokemon they'd buy me magic cards. At the time I think magic was 350 a pack and pokemon was 5 or 550. Could be wrong but I do remember a financial reason my parents chose magic cards. I had a couple packs I think they were revised edition. My aunt's boyfriend saw the cards and gave me his pile because he quit. Out of all those cards I loved force of nature back then. We thought trample meant unlockable 🤣🤣
Lol 😂 well even though that’s not what trample means, I still have the card. Any yeah back then, around me, a booster pack was like 2.95!! Thanks for watching and sharing that story 👍
Pokemon was released in Japan in 1996, and in the USA at the end of 1998 (mostly in 1999 when booster packs were released).
Revised was in 1994.
If Pokemon cards were available, it seems more likely that you'd have 6th Edition than Revised.
You have to give us an update when you get a full play set! very beautiful cards bro!
😂 I’d love to be able to do that, but the power cards will price me out from achieving that goal any time soon!
Great collection brother!
Thanks for watching 👍
Big THANKS for sharing
Thank you for watching!
You are my hero man! Wish I had all these cards! I have a handful of Alpha 9.5s maybe like 10.
Thanks, yeah I’m riding on a constant high every day when I look at the stuff! Having a handful of 9.5‘s puts you ahead of almost everybody else take good care of those👍
And one day... all of these memories will be lost, like tears in the rain

This makes me miss my Alpha set, someday I will get it again.
At least one of those cards you mentioned that are hard to find I know is being hoarded by someone.
Don’t you think it would be safer to double sleeve the cards?
Also, if I were you I’d need to have raw copies of all those cards you have graded. Those labels in the binder look terrible.
Yes, those placeholders irk me. I’ve filled in all but the Lotus since this video published. As for double sleeves, I haven’t yet found a brand that I like
This is mind blowing.. Have you had these for a very long time or did you spend A LOT of money more recently lol?
A bit of both, but the last couple years has definitely put this-- overall --into the second category. 🤕🤕🤕
Beautiful! What do you value the full alpha set at?
That’s really hard to estimate, and I admit I don’t think about it in those terms often. The market has moved a lot of these cards wayyy up since I got them, but now everything is softening, which brings down my most recent purchases, so I can’t go by my basis. I suppose a worst-case lower-bound might be 150 for the lotus and 10/ea for the other power, so at a minimum I suppose it’s 250 in cardboard. I suspect it’s a good deal higher than that in truth, but I can only guess. Thanks for watching!!
As a yugioh collector and fan of MTG from a far. This set is amazing and I would be very proud to own this! Even to look at it! Can I ask what that BGS slab protector was u had in this video? And maybe link to where I could buy it. In yugioh we have a set kinda like Alpha, but not really the same called The Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon and I'm working in getting a complete set of that! Thanks for the video
Thanks for that! The leather slab sleeve are from here: cardcasepro.com. That’s awesome on the Yugioh set - good luck finishing it off!
fantastic collection, great job!
Thank you, and thanks for watching 👍
Just wondering how much would this masterpiece of a collection would cost
It's a good question, and I don't know the answer. Mine was assembled over many years and through many different markets… Hard to know what it would all cost in today's price.
@@AlphaHoarder give me a ballpark. 500k+? 1m+?
In the condition I have, probably between those two, closer to the upper bound. It's much easier to find nm uncommons than it was a couple years ago, and those prices are down. But many rares at nm are holding their prices.
@@AlphaHoarder I see. Not surprising. Congrats man.
