Those solar generators are absolutely great. One thing I've noticed is that as time moves on your electrical needs increase greatly. My recommendation is to buy the larger unit so you don't have to upgrade later. I used a little power bank to make sure my headlamp wouldn't leave me in the dark. Now I'm building a 30kw whole house server rack system because air conditioning is a survival system when it hits 116°f and they're threatening to cut your power off because of high power demands. FJB!
Recently went on a 10 hour trip from Mi to Tn and had my mini plugged in the 12v power supply of the car and had my 12v cooler, phone and tablet plugged in the whole trip down and then used it for a week charging my phone and tablet all week without plugging it in till the trip home. Haven’t played with the solar too much but when i did it worked pretty good with my 300 watt portable solar panel
I’ve been watching lots of reviews on EcoFlow generators, and this one is one of the best I’ve seen. It covered lots of helpful technical detail and helpful demos. I am putting the Delta Mini on my Christmas list because of this review!
I finally got to put my mini to the test with Hurricane Beryl. Purely used it to save my food by running the refrigerator. With a single 160w solar panel that I only got to use once in the late afternoon, it kept my frig running 18 of 33 hours total with no power. From this experience, I purchased another solar panel, which should top off the mini at 300w input. With one 160w panel I was able to charge it completely dead 0% to 65% with 8hrs of sun, with two panels it should reach 100% in half the time.
Nice! I have recently picked up the Riiver and the extra battery. Still need to take a trip and try it out. I have used it for charging my tablet and phone. Also for charging other smaller battery Banks
@@YAOG It’s pretty cool! It’s not a LIFPO but it’s good for 800 cycles before it goes down to 80% battery capacity. That will take a long time. I hooked a Keurig coffee maker up that’s just under 1400 watts, made two cups and it took 7% of battery. Not bad. I haven’t really used it extensively yet, I want to go camping soon. One thing they don’t tell you. When your not using it, make sure you don’t store it at 100%. It’s bad on the battery. I keep mine at 70% and will run it down to 15 to 20% then recharge every six months. Some companies will void the warrantee if you don’t do this.
Would this work to plug in items like router and modem permanently, plug in the mini and then in the event of an outrage, the devices automatically run on battery power? Does it work like a surge protector in the sense that everything plugged in will be powered while the mini unit is plugged in getting a continuous charge?
I sent mine back because the car charger got burning hot and I couldn't charge a small microwave. I was disappointed because I have another ecoflow that I love
What is the purpose and advantage of the high/ low charging switch? Ok high or low charge speed is understood but How would you benefit between the settings? Also Costco with their unbeatable return policy has these right now for under $500.
Low charging speed is less stressful for the battery. Fast -charge is great, but there is that small price to pay...as battery life suffers slightly with the higher charge rate! Slow charge when time is not an issue.
Mine has played out after about 5 yrs. Does anyone work on them besides sending back to EcoFlow? I can buy another one as cheap as fixing it with them.
Hello from Ukraine. We have frequent outages atm so the solution was to buy one from the US. It has not arrived yet but I have some concerns about the sockets in the back of the device (AC/US type). We have our EU type of socket. May you recommend me buying some good adapters for it to be compatible? The adapters that are reliable and will not reduce the power output. Do we also also have to consider buying adapters with grounding (3 output sticks)? I will really appreciate it

I have this unit. Its done all I've asked of it to power & charge my "stuff". I have no need for Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries & their 2,500 battery cycles. I seriously doubt I'll ever exceed 100 battery cycles.
I havr to call b.s.... we own the delta and the delta max and neither one works for a whole week with minimal power usage. I thought you guys were the best but now im looking into different options. 5,000 bucks for paperweights
EF has larger systems up to 12.5 kw that will easily run a large RV or home. For a home though you may wish to have a smaller mini split ac unit to cool a portion of your home.
Lithium Ncm still is 1-2k charges before degradation, that's more than enough for regular use. Who's really going to push a lifepo4 to 3-4k cycles please...

It's on sale during Prime Days, if you have that.
Wow! This is nice! Portable size, and so many options!

I enjoyed - you skipped the DC barrel ports - wondered what size they were 5 or 8 mm - thumbs up 👍🏽 & thank you !

I’ve tried many brands and this is definitely one or the nicest.
EXCELLENT SYNOPSIS....WELL DONE....THANK YOU!!!
I just ordered one tonight, cant wait to get it.
How is it working out for you? I just ordered one as well.

EcoFlow outstanding power systems. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
gonna need me one of these. recently power blew out here in california and would’ve been helpful. 👍
Yeah, me too. 116° when it blew. Sat in my car with ac running till about nine o'clock. Geez!
Thanks🎉 happy new year 🎉
Thank you, I’ve just decided what power station I will buy “Delta mini”

Thanks for the information about this device i going to get me one.
can you connect harbor freight panels to them?
Can the mini connect to ecoflow’s app with an iPhone and Bluetooth or would I need to turn on my hotspot?
Looks like a winner Ben is it possible to use it and charge at the same time with the solar panels with out damaging the unit.
Yes.
I’m having and issue charging mine on ac outlet. It doesn’t show input readout says 0
Can this be charged by two inputs at the same time?

I purchased mine from Home Depot. It arrived today and I noticed a crack across the top of the unit. Does yours have a crack as well? Is this normal?

I would ask EcoFlow which adapters to use. We support Ukraine!
Ecoflow probably has a site in the EU offering the system needed for other countries.

Eco flow mini junk bought one and 12v cigerette port could not run a 70watt motor and the overload message is flashing all the time.
$750! "Mini" certainly doesn't refer to their PRICE!
Have you looked at similar devices?
FYI-if you’re a Costco member, they currently have the mini for $600 or bundled with EcoFlow’s 220w solar panel for $900 til 1/1/2023.
599 right now
Not a LiFePO4.
9-16 they come out with the Delta 2 which is and their pro is already.
@@livingsurvival too little too late. go with Bluetti ⚡
