My new Taekwondo-only channel! I am a 4th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and I compete in Sparring, love doing high kicks, and weapons (nunchucks & bo staff). Two years ago, I tore two ligaments in my ankle. I kept competing for those 2 years until I absolutely couldn't. This year, I finally had the much-needed ankle surgery. I can't wait to get back on the competition floor and am determined to go back in stronger than before!

Maher Alhasan no you wont get the promotions ..... there are specific poomsae for each belts you need to learn those inorder get promotion

Went for my blue stripe test last week for this form my school has different order then most and kept getting confused on the last few movements so I failed. I’ll try again in a few days this help

I don't understand why the kicks are so high in these forms.
Great kicks! Just a tip, Taekwondo is not pronounced TIE-kwondo. It’s more TEH-kwondo. Hope this helps!
