If you have an overdraw check the FITA rules regarding how far back your allowed to have it

wont you need to shift the blade over a bit as the rest is slightly further away, due to putting the over draw in the rests original place?

The only reason for an overdraw rest is so you can use shorter arrows. Everything about shorter arrows is better, as long as you can keep them from falling off the rest and going through your bow hand. The only rest arrows fall off of is blade type rests. You took off that heavy guage, high tech, precise positioning whale tail, and replaced it with a flimsy spring steel blade that is going to bounce arrows off and shoot them right through your hand! What is it you think is good about blade rests???

+joseph gilliand over draw is for torque tuning and was designed by brite site for jesse broadwater and the thing about a blade rest is every target pro uses one they must be just copying each other to look cool hahaha

LOL You think you're joking but you're actually right:) Actaully, before dropaway rests were invented, rigid rests like prong types would kick vaneroots and nock edges up a bit, so blade rests came out which are flimsy so they get knocked outta the way by that junk and kick the arrow back up less. Dropaways do the job of leaving the arrow back alone MUCH better:) and consequently, if you have a dropaway, using a blade is like wearing suspenders and a belt.:)
