In this video, we look at the functions of synapses. First we explore how synapses lead to unidirectional transmission of a nerve impulse. We then look at what is meant by temporal and spatial summation and why this is important.

Came back to you after watching your videos back in year 11 one year ago
I remember being so stressed about science GCSE’s in particular since I was never really the best at biology or chemistry
Happy to say when I got my results I passed science along with many others on a 5-4
Needless to say, if I hadn’t been watching your videos I’m certain I wouldn’t have passed
