Whilst I agree that Pakistan should have tried to play for strong net run rate, i disagree with your criticism of Rizwan. You need anchor in one side of innings. The pitch has no pace and its hard for the ball to come onto the bat, trust the speed of the ball and hit 6s. Good win for Pakistan. Build confidence.
Then how Aaron Johnson played that knock that to against Pakistan bowling attack in 1st innings which is more difficult to bat then 2nd innings..
