I was actually going to suggest boneshatter to you today haha, been using Shockwave totem into boneshatter as well as totem took some agro. A couple nice links for boneshatter is the one that fully breaks armor when you slheavy stun, and then couple that with the support that gives endurance charges when you full break armor. Helps smooth damage taken out a bit. With leap ive also put the consecrated ground when landing support. Keep up the amazing work!!
If you use a shield, you can raise shield/use a shield skill right after leap slamming to cancel the delay in the animation at its end, and then you can boneshatter way quicker :) Feels good
I was on path of doing more or less this build (as soon as I saw Giant's Blood keystone in the announcement stream I KNEW I was going to build around it) but was a bit lost on support gems, so thank you!
The way to clear trash is very simple. As titan use your first ascendancy points to get Crush. Then link your basic attack to the support that does aoe when you heavy stun. If you also use the 2hand mace that does melee splash, everything explodes within 1, or 2 hits.
For going through act 2 and 3, what's worked really well for me is, surprisingly, mace strike (the default attack). I lucked out and got TWO 2-handed maces with +3 to melee phys gems (for a total of +6). So I grabbed giant's blood and dual wield them. Mace Strike damage shot through the roof, seems overly sensitive to gem level, doing 3 times the damage of my leap slam per hit, with only 1 damagr support. The weapons I'm using also create a 1.4m aoe whenever I land a strike. So it's been sufficient for clearing AND tears through bosses quick. I'm almost done with act 3 and only just now starting to feel the damage drop off a little bit, but still comfy. Probably gonna switch my setup a bit and upgrade gear once I hit act 4.
I found this out around the end of act one. I just started basic attacking everything then using bone-shatter to clear mobs. Eventually got giants blood and duel wielding the 2 handed maces and haven’t had ANY problems getting through content.
"ADHD Distraction" on the cursor reflection is real. I noticed it on the mana globe last night and spent a solid 30 seconds moving it around and bouncing between the life & mana 🤣
How to level melee in poe 2, equip mace, equipment mace strike. Do not equip anything else. Invest in attack speed nodes near warrior start and between warrior//merc. Use rage support and faster attacks for a smooth "heavy strike" playstlye. Bonk mob once or twice, shatter, repeat. Put impact and inc aoe on boneshatter for clear. It does insane shotgun damage, damage supports are bait while leveling. Use your dinky little stick hit to clean up survivors if there are any, walk to next pack and repeat. On boss, drop totem with chance to poison and corrosion to strip armpur, poke him with your stick to weave in damage and get some rage. Use rolling strike for "mobile dps with stun boosting supports. Rolling strike is your stagger tool, not a damage source. Knock guy over, smack smack smack. It's that easy, do this until perfect strike. Replace smack smack smack with warcry bonk bonk bonk. Boss will die in 1-2 cycles if you have anything more than a white weapon. (I'm not memeing, default attack is fucking insane, carried me and is still on my right click in maps as my setup button(stolen Ben tech))
As a 70+ warrior, I advise people to make use of a shield and block nodes on tree or you'll brick maps often either dying to being surrounded or empty life flask. You take A LOT of unavoidable damage doing this when things don't die right away anymore.
devastate is good for boneshatter. You get armour breaks, which can also give you stacks of scavenged plating aura. there is also a node that gives you an endurance charge on rare/unique stun
No wonder you think bosses are too easy :D this build does more damage than probably 95% of other builds ive seen while playing in public parties Maybe rather than bosses being too hard or too easy they need to bring other skills and supports in line.
