Sir i would ask about the orientation on c-arm bcz slight confusion arose during the video..if the needle comes down on 30 degrees it means anterior and we have to move the needle slightly posterior and vice versa?
Further Sir it would be great if u mention the relation of the needle and C-arm while the patient is in prone position...like we say "If the needle goes more medially its deep and vice versa"
