FYBWO - and all of season 2 was about his decision in season 1 finale that created the singularity. Season 2&3 both had Barry carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders. They decided to lighten the show after season 4, but it was a bit too goofy and they dumbed down Team Flash and Barry to make the villain seem more powerful. Season 6 has returned to this idea a lot more. Love every season though!!
I teared up a bit when I first saw this. Grant really knows how to make viewers feel what Barry is feeling. It feels like he's always failing. The writers of the show really need to give him a win every once in a while (with big villains, not just king shark). He had Patty as a brief source of happiness for a little while, but then they had to go and get rid of her. It's no wonder Barry was so depressed in this episode. I love that they finally gave us some scenes with Barry and Wally in this episode! I personally love the whole sibling rivalry thing, and I can't wait for Wally to find out that Barry's the Flash. He won't be calling him a coward then.

Grant portrayed Barry Allen so good because in the comics Barry faces a lot of this and is currently facing it in The Flash Rebirth as he looks like a coward and Barry Allen is a character who has suffered Bullying, death, and tragedies so when Wally says this Barrys expression is like," Yup here it comes." This is outstanding acting on the part of Grant in my opinion.
Season 3 is the reason I fell in love with Oliver because he was the only one who fully understood why Barry did what he did. He never judged Barry the way everyone else did in that moment.

I loved that she told Barry that she would always trust him. I wonder though if she would've still supported Barry if the timeline screwed up her life.
Man it's scenes like this that really focuses on the soul of the series. I fell out of love with it, but Barry's burden feels so real even in this silly situation. Absolutely great.
This was really a dark conversation in the series considering the fact that Barry laid out how he felt about the Zoom situation and how Joe and even Iris didn’t know how to comfort him says a lot.
I wish flash had more of these type of scenes not overtop emotion with big music but subtle yet gutwrenching . Also more of the soft lighthearted scenes with Joe west
1.46 when Joe's face lights up at the thought of him being a lounge singer but then suddenly drops after hearing the fact that that version of him hated Barry and that version of him dying..... right in the feels...

Personally, I'm not a fan of what they are doing with Wally Wests character so far. I understand what he's feeling(angry at joe in 2x10 and jealousy of barry), but that's no reason to take it out on them.
