- This is how I modified my dream bike. Here's is all the truth about mods, modifications, or tuning about my modified GT 650. The Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 I own is a Limited Edition one and is already one of the rare pieces. I've personalized and customized it to give it my own touch and learnt a lot along the way. This is the first episode of this series, talking about Tyres. The tyres I have on my bike are Vredestein Centauro ST tyres. This will be a continuous series covering all the mods I've done in a dedicated manner. Please stay tuned for more episodes.

Just got my Interceptor 650 Black Ray last month, and even though I don’t ride it every day (thanks to working from home as a software engineer), I make sure to keep it in top shape. I still use the black cover from my old R15, which I sold to get this beauty. However, I've noticed a slight handlebar misalignment, the brakes aren’t perfect, and the engine tends to shut off at low RPMs. But despite these minor issues, this bike is an absolute stunner, and I’m loving every moment with it!
I’m really feeling the soul of this machine, even got my first burn while cleaning it since the engine heats up quite a bit. I’m a bit obsessive about keeping it spotless, so I ended up cleaning it while it was still hot. Now, I’m focusing on fixing these initial quirks before thinking about any customizations. After riding it for about 1.5 years, I’ll definitely start with the tires, as Anurag mentioned in the video. Thanks a ton for this premium content! 😍😍😍

Great video Anurag. Choosing tyres was a big ask for me as well a few months back especially because my Ladakh ride was coming up and I needed to be prepared. My goal was to have 50-50 capable tyres without any compromise on wet surfaces and tarmac or high speeds. After much deliberation and thought I bit the bullet and got the costly Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR pair. These tyres have performed exceptionally well on my interceptor across different road conditions - lose sand, wet surfaces, broken roads, off roads including rocky roads and tarmac. These are truly God send. If one can afford the extremely high pricing and would need confidence on off roads I believe these are the ones to go with 😊
