You should try to send a sliced apple. To keep it from browning, I put the slices in honey and water (it's 1 half cup of water to 1 tbls of honey). I just let them soak for a few minutes and then pack them. they stay fresh for hours! Plus the honey makes them taste sweeter.
would u try sweet potato chips or PB&J sandwiches w toasted mini waffles or rice cakes instead of bread or self-made granola bars w some chocolate chips and dried fruit?
