Uptown Players cast reunites. There will be light.

To kick off our 20 year retrospective series, the cast of NEXT TO NORMAL reunites (with the help of former Uptown Players actors) to send you a message of hope, inspiration and love.
Uptown Players has been monitoring public health officials and CDC recommendations regarding the coronavirus pandemic, including last week’s proclamation by the mayor of Dallas. First and foremost, if you or anyone you love has been affected by this virus, our hearts and positive thoughts are with you.
Although the risk of contracting the coronavirus/COVID-19 in Dallas remains low at this time, the health and safety of our patrons, actors and community is of the utmost importance to us. In light of Sunday’s CDC recommendations concerning public gatherings over the next 6-8 weeks, Uptown Players will be adjusting its performance schedule for the rest of the season, including its next production of Fun Home, which was scheduled to open on April 10. We are heartbroken that such drastic measures are necessary to deal with this severe public health crisis. We are working to reschedule as much of the season as we can and will be sharing information about our revised schedule as soon as it is in place. Thank you for your patience as we navigate this rapidly changing landscape. We ask that you not call or email the box office to exchange or refund your tickets until our new schedule is published.
