3 Minute Drone Flight, but this Time I Used a High Quality Camera, and then Crashed the Drone

  • Hello! My name is Isaiah and I upload videos every once-in-a-while. This time, I decided I'd make a rig and duct tape an old Samsung S3 to my drone, and record the experience. It didn't dawn on me that adding a couple grams of weight would increase battery use mid-flight, until I was indeed mid-flight. I thought, oh whatever, I can do this. And hey, I'd say it was worth it! I got some actual 1080p video of the surrounding miles of my house, with audio to add onto the immersion. However, with the obsolete microphone on the S3, it sounds horrible, and I'm sorry lol. But in the end, it was a fun and risky experience that I would do again, some time!

It is a Potensic T35. A good starter drone for beginners, but horrible for experienced pilots with a good camera skill. I would not recommend, though it is extremely durable lol. I have crashed it countless times. But I taped up an old phone that shoots in 1080p HD video and it added so much extra weight.
