- This 1930s German educational silent film shows the work of the firefighting brigade, rescuing an individual trapped by a house fire and extinguishing the flames. While the movie is obviously staged it nevertheless has an immediate, and very real feel. All of the apparatus featured was clearly authentic and the techniques shown, real ones.

Interesting. However it's too bad it isn't at the correct projection speed. Change the clip settings speed to 1.5x to see it properly.
