These guys played some of the greatest gigs I ever saw in my life back in the 80s, Sneaps did a fantastic job of steering them back into the limelight. So happy I could be there for the recording of their first album. Dave H should have been a huge star, miss him like it was yesterday. RIP buddy.

It's a pity they were plagued with technical issues on the day, think Kev was having some problems with his guitar during the set too, otherwise this would've been perfect.
Fuck I wish they would keep it wrong sometimes, but really it's good because you want it perfect like a record to showcase what the song should sound like live.
I love this band, but if you pay attention during the guitar leads it would appear that these guitars are playback. There are bends and vibratos that are audible but are clearly not being played, and the notes don't seem to match up with the camera.

Yeah, Venom were on during the day. Cronos even made a reference to preferring being on stage in the dark. I was watching them from backstage, stood with Nergal and Orion from Behemoth, and it was quite the experience, but it wasn't as dark as we wished
a combination of sparks,geddy lee,singer in Darkness,mercyru or what ever,but the fact isthe band is one of the better in decades,up to prove if they are able to come up with good songs in the future,its a tough situation for them, the elsewhere shit on festivals like thissmells shit,but Hell is something different,,the Word is QUALITY... Lj.

The lead singer is definitely a good singer and performer. You can tell he isn't just singing lyrics but speaking from true emotion.
