Haha, that is very sweet, thank you. You know the word couch is a joke because here in London there is a health app that is supposed to help you run 10 kilometers from nothing, it is called couch, like the couch you sit on to watch TV, "Couch to 10k"

I´ve just started but one thing I can already tell you is that I really enjoy this daily programme! It´s also a great way to warm up and stretch out to get ready for the day. I feel great after doing it. On this note, see you tomorrow! :-)

That is really great because it was my intention to make a course that introduces the idea of a daily handstand practice that is both for body and mind and prepares you for the day. A bit like handstand yoga!

This is so great! I feel my whole body so much more aware and had lots of aha moments doing this tutorial! I have been trying to learn handstand for a while now. Excited to already see improvement in 3 days. Thanks for your videos :)

off for a run to the supermarket to buy breakfast ingredients now. that was a good workout and warm up!!
wow 5 months. starting from day 3. Fingers crossed i can stay consistent. a friend at work said he would give me $20 if could do a 10 second hand stand with straight legs in 6 weeks so that should be a little motivation.
One tenth of the way done! Off to drink a cup of water. Your voice is so relaxing. 💛

I really love it. I enjoy this whole exercise, and do it instead of yoga (so there are many yogi elements in it) .. especially working on my wrists is so good. Its getting slightly harder each day and I´m looking forward coming back tomorrow.

Hi, if you have sore muscles from practice, it is normal. If you are unsure about whether this is a suitable activity for you better ask your doctor, that is the best way to find out.
