Year 2008 when i was 16, when i accidentally clicked the other video of this and i was like "WOW!" what a great song!
since then i always play this on my Mp3 player and i memorized the lyrics and sang it with a guitar.
my friends , neighbors liked this too they always heard this everytime i played this with a loud speaker.
i also translated this song to my language and sang this during our guitar lesson in school and they thought
i composed this song and i said "No! i just translated it, this song is originally performed by Hale a band from the Philippines" they asked me how did i do that and i replied "simply because the song originally written in English so i understand it ". and i really thanked God its in English. and me and my band played this in on stage.
I also listened to other Filipino songs that is in english like
Rivermaya, with a smile by EraserHeads, Urbandub, Typecast's will you ever learn, etc. but this is the
song that i loved the most. Yeah! i can say that Filipino music is great cuz each song has a lot of meaning inside,
if i only know Filipino language maybe i will listen other songs that is written in Filipino words.
and there is one thing. I also memorized Miracle by Rivermaya
sounds cool but i dont understand it. hahaha

Memories of Manila, memories in Lerma, Sampaloc. I always walk along Manor Drug on my way to FEU. My boarding house is just on the other side of the block facing the underpass. Seeing this video made me both happy and sad. Probinsiyang minsan na nagbuhay Manilena. Magulo, mainit, masikip, maingay pero marami akong naging kaibigan sa lugar na yan.
nabasa ko yung comment mo na miss ko tuloy yung college days ko sa Manila hahaha. Di ako pinayagan mag dorm kaya laging mahaba ang byahe ko. And yes, magulo, mainit, masikip, maingay pero nakaka miss minsan. 4 years of journey from Pasig to Ermita everyday.

First and last na banda na kinabaliwan ko noong high-school ako. Patay na patay ako kay Champ grabe. Haha. Naalala ko nawalan ako ng nokia na phone sa concert nika sa Pavillion Laguna. 😅 Tapos bumili ako stuff toy sa blue magic (na nasakin pa now at nilalaro na ng 6 years ols ko na anak), kasi need ng receipt para maka fan meet mo at makapag pa pic at autograph saknila. Hays sarap balikan. ❤

To those young ones who thought this song was from 8 years ago, sorry but you are all wrong. This song was actually released way back 2005. I know cause this is one of the songs that made me want to play a guitar. Back then I was just a 15 year old, 3rd year highschool student. And yes this song was played many times in Myx daily top ten back then. So everyday aside from watching animes like one piece, slamdunk, etc. I always watch myx daily top ten, just to listen to this song. There are other songs from bands like Cueshe, Callalily, Spongcola, Chicosci, Typecast etc. Can't mention all, lol. Sobrang dami kasing banda sikat nuon. Great bands compare today. But ayun nga, madami pang ibang kanta pero this song really is the best that time for me. Kung me kalevel man sya, e i would say a song from of one international band na sikat na sikat din nuon, Green Day - Wake me up when September ends. So you guys got my point nman. I'm a 90s kid. I've listened to old songs from 80s, 90s, 2000s and so on. For me 90s and early 2000s are the best. Love songs or rock. Up until, 2012 i guess. Then dumating na yang mga kpop that ruined music entirely. Not that i hate them but, cmon what's wrong with the present generation? Puro kabadingan alam at kalokohan. Sarap bumalik highschool days. 😕

2006, those were the days where I started to discover what it means to be independent also the days were everything is new and start to understand life and to decide whether your are on the right path. I miss college days even the scents of it when I travel going to the province and watch the sun sets.
