I had an 80％ blockage of my LAD artery. I had no chest pain and the only symptom was dizziness when walking up hill. When I had a heart attack there was still no pain, but I felt like no mater hard I breathed I still couldn't get enough oxygen. The paramedics had me swallow 4 low dose aspirins and in about 20 minutes I was back to normal. Doctors at the hospital didn't"t believe I had a heart attack until the blood work showed that I had. After receiving a stent all my symptoms are gone. I assume a clot must have formed and finished blocking my artery but blood flow was restored before much damage was done.
