I initially thought that Cooper would use the same animations as the pilots in multiplayer, since they basically have the same movement, but I guess not. Which explains why Cooper’s animations are incomplete

Viper isn’t a merc he’s just a grunt that works for them but since every solider gets paid, viper saved a lot for some custom Parts for his titan and paint jobs on it. That’s also why he talk like a pilot by saying vewdew one or fox two ten four, because he’s just trying to follow orders and be loyal. Idk why no jump kit though and his arms are robotic but nothing is said how he lost them.

I feel like your mods caused some glitches. It seems strange that they would make the third person avatars work differently in the campaign than they do in multiplayer.
Because I'm pretty sure that if you put a helmet on that you already have on I'm pretty sure it would just stack on top not just go through the helmet you already have
