I am an ex-employee of Kotak Bank. This is the worst bank to work for. The system is very slow and has too much pressure for sales without giving better service. For opening the current account it takes 25 to 30 days, where as other banks take 2-3 days.

@@rex77x bro no. SBI is govt Bank. Having 50 cr + accounts and most of the accounts are zero balance. Even Kotak also but they are charging 811 customers for every branch visit where they took any service.
I have seen how SBI employees are working. My request is just go to SBI branch at 9:30, if bank is opening on 10:30 then you will find 100+ people waiting outside. Even Kotak branch will not serve 100 customers in the entire day. I am not blaming Kotak employees because they are having targets and they are also working beyond their capacity. But I am blaming Kotak's IT system.

Also my freind needed to open minor account
Then sbi told that minor account upi and debit card are not allowed
Despite of thier website said that debit card can be issued

@@rex77x no brother. My request is just go to any of the Kotak Bank for current account operation. This is private bank. They are charging customers much higher than the govt. But they should came with good products and services too. My be the chances that you have never visit the branch or your work is minor and done very quickly. But broader perspective customers who took loan or other liability products and also current account customers are not happy.

when you go to open a bank account, the sales guy makes you fill all 3 in one account forms which opens up a bank linked demat account .. as soon as i paid 25000 in Bank, next day without my knowledge it got sweeped to securities account and 800 rupees was charged in icici securities.
this is a literal scam. no clarity . no information. just pure intentionally evil.

As per RBI directions Kotak Mahindra Bank can't open its earlier 811 account. Other accounts as well services of the bank remain same as it was. No one should panic over false rumours...

I opened my dad's account on kotak deposited money and then they disabled account for mismatch of my grandparents name spelling. Even visiting bank multiple times they were not activating account. We changed spelling of my grandfather now they come up with new query they need signed I'd card. Now I mailed top to bottom it took one year to get money locked in inactive account.

Yeh starting ka experience itna Ganda tha. Kotak ke maalik bhale badi badi baatein Karen par main door rehta hoon.

NPS mat khola Karo. Market pe hi bharosa karna hai pension ke liye to market seekh lo aur apne risk appetite pe Market mein khud utro. Aapki budhape ki kisi ko nahi padi. NPS ke star fund managers bhi nahi. Unhe apne liye profit kamana hai, aapke liye nahi.

IT systems for all banks should be robust but what is surprising is that Kotak Mahindra Bank is being targeted by RBI unfairly. Customers of ICICI bank have also lost money- in fact one customer lost money repeatedly despite reporting fraud to ICICI Bank. Subsequently the customer received part of the money back only after intervention by RBI.

First they said that if u open your savings account with monthly RD/Recurring Deposit then we will give u unlimited ATM withdrawals (Kotak and Non kotakb both) everything was good but since last 5 months they are charging 25 per ATM withdrawal after 4 ATM withdrawal
