I have been using the productivity 3000 and 1000 in a few of my recent projects and have been won over by them. My biggest problem with them is winning over my coworkers who seem to think if it doesn't cost over $5,000 and it's software support cost and arm and a leg it is no good.
Keep on making a great product at a reasonable price and I will do my best to win them over

Have the same problem with my company. I use the 2000 and 3000 and like them both. Have always gotten the help I needed from Automation Direct. I use them in extrusion control applications and they control well, however selling that to my customers isn't easy.

Amazing tech
Automation-Direct keeps getting bigger and bigger every year for professional and hobby projects. For us hobby people, Automation-Direct should get with something like "FreeCad" and setup the CAD to create PLC projects and Bill-of-Materials such as AutoCad. I have used FreeCad to do this and it works very well. However, I am sure AD can do it much better for the masses. 😎 Thank You.
