I would love to see you make more videos on the game for new and retuning players, maybe a recap on what we have missed in the year? The common misconceptions is great one that I’m sure a lot of us can learn something new if we didn’t know but overall I’d love to see great content like that alongside the videos your doing Kris! 🔥
I finished season 2 of the anime and I ended up absolutely loving it. I made bad money decisions and ordered an SP rideline with a DSR Bastion and ordered a whole Bruce deck with a DSR Bruce. I'm loving this format so much with set 3 and I'm so excited for set 4
One thing I'd love to see from your content would be "how well one deck can do over another." Like discussing the matchups of nirvana to other decks, bruce to other decks, their win rates, and stuff like that. As a new player, I kinda don't really know stuff especially because the deck building in oD is so diverse. Regardless, I love your content. Still my #1 cfv content creator.
I just started getting into vanguard by the end of last year, I've been a playing yugioh for very long time., your content and Solem's are definitely some of the best for new players would love to have more about deeper things like timings and other strategic pov's
Guys I’m happy to say I’ve finished testing Original Saver, Zero so it’s needed to be treated as a break ride and the play style is riding zero then Brad black and with his skill Great Daiyusha to just stack a flip ton of power and it is very important to use force 1 it makes Daikaiser so much better and my current deck is 1 starter 4 heal guardian 4 draw pg 2 draws 6 crits 4 eternity chaser 4 twin order 3 daiprop 4 kaizard 3 gelsludge 4 zero 4 Brad black 4 Daikaiser 3 great daiyusha Any questions please ask.
Thank you for making this video, honestly when I first got Lagrele I was so confused on the card effect even until before I saw this video. The explanation helps so much!
Ah this video came out at the perfect time. I had just got back into Vanguard and I bought the Bastion trial deck. After I finish that deck would be Bavsargra. I will try to catch one of your streams if I can. Keep doing what you do man.
Recently got into overdress on christmas, and i have been playing OG vanguard forever and have skipped G, Legion, V series and the rest of them. Taking this into account, im still not too confident on the rules of order cards and zones and also clan mechanics such as dragon empire's overdress or zorga's alchamagic. Grade 4s are a mystery to me and i have no chance of getting the bastion prime of my dreams. A video clearing this up would help alot thanks
I absolutely appreciate this. I decided to buy most of the Keter Sanctuary I have no regrets. and I love to see the different builds, currently trying to build Hexaorb, even if she isn't the main part of the deck.
I'd love to see a set 3 Nirvana deck profile! I've added exspecta and Ximena but somehow I feel like the deck has gotten worse. My erger turns seem worse without Aruuna and Exspecta having to overdress on an already overdressed card is so expensive with hand advantage. I'd like to see your thoughts on it!
Man this is awesome and to start the new year off I did my very first purchase of a set 4 overdress case I can’t wait to crack it open. As well as interesting deck profile. Looking forward to your Purelight build once we get set 4 overdress.
I really feel like Easerod is super needed in this deck. The RRR from set 2 basically asks you to not only to have persona rode, but also to have enough attackers to where it's a viable booster. Then you throw in Form Up chosen Knights which asks you to have nearly a full board of 3s... just a lot to ask for when games don't always go so ideally(ESPECIALLY into a Gravidia, Baro, and Bruce meta). Easerod allows you to make a board for Lagrele for so much less commitment. I also found the g2 that checks top 3 and adds all 3s to hand very helpful in this regard. Just something to consider for the future.
This is literally card for card the decklist that I took to the NA BRO. Placed 23rd with a 7-2 record, those tiebreakers from the early round lost really hurt my chances of top 16. It was a solid list for sure, and will hold me over until D-BT04.
Lagrele renewed my interest in keter sanctuary. Such a fun high risk high reward card. I hope we can still have room for it in future builds even as a tech or something
I have been play testing with bastion prime recently and here is the deck i came up with feedback pretty much appeciated : 4 bastion prime 3 bastion (and 1 copy his entire rideline) 4 fossado 4 lagrielle 4 alden 4 sparare 2 of the defensive g3 (skill on the guardian circle gains +10k but if your vanguard is g4 it gets plus 20k) 2 boost orders (g3 order discard 1 to play continues skill all g3 can boost) 1 rafluke 4 pgs 1 ot 3 draws 4 heals 8 crits
I'm still pretty new to Vanguard but have watched everything up to Vanguard G: Z and the current seasons of Overdress. I've built a Seraph Snow deck for Standard and I wanna have experience playing it but can't find any local shops near me that have people playing Vanguard sadly. As for feedback on content for new players can you make videos discussing about other formats? I've recently been collecting some V-series Gold Paladin cards because I love that clan so much and I want to be able to play with them but I don't understand how imaginary gifts work. Think it would be pretty neat to help us new players to learn the other ways of playing Vanguard!
glad to see someone else using front instead of draw, there is a cat girl bullying me too much at my local :( didnt do weel at BRO with bastion ragreal (4-3) but it was still fun. DO you think the card will still be played in dbt04 ?
A few days late my apologies but the card soap count is in! **Final Card Slap Count: 99!** massive upgrade This profile from last when it comes to the count!
Hey I used the exact same list as your during dbt3 jp era, using fronts instead of draw because I met lot of loronerol back then. I really like this list because theres a lot of cards that refund our cost in a way and good resources management overall. But as what you said this deck died to most control decks. Now with set4 already available, I didn't feel as confident as before using bastion. The deck became clunky and kinda lost in the deck building
havent played since the g series in 2016-2018, n i have no idea how things work in v series, what is overdress, what is imaginary gift, why is there no grade 4 in harmony deck , etc xd would appreciate if u can make a video explaining them
Quick question on Refuerzos stand skill, wouldn't you just be able to stand one since it's a once per turn skill? (Meaning if you had 2 or 3 of him on the field)
1/Turn effects only specify that specific physical instance of that card, so if you have multiples they'll all go off at the same time, but only once that turn
imma study the crap out of this video hahaha! I see a lot of Japanese players run Blaster Javelin + Blaster Dark in the ride deck. I really was wondering if I should pick up Fosado even though he's a little pricey and maybe i'm thinking i will
I faced my friend yesterday with a bastion with the majority of the cards as shown here the only thing different is he put two copies of pride to protect and two copies of form up o chosen knights and instead of the grade 1 he added easerod angel I was using both hexaorb and kairi black wings And i got pushed too much by bastions pressure its almost hard for me to defend even when i try to rest a unit using the kairi black wing its still not enough and even when i successfully defend all attacks my hand is pretty much nonexistant or lacking key units for me to use Bastion hits like a truck ready to isekai you

Literally started playing vanguard a week ago, loving your videos!

Glad to hear!
I'm still confused
been waiting for this! lol thank you! :)
14:26 OH NO he called us out! hehe
didn't realize lagrele has a few more tricks other than what I know. thanks, good sir.
I never understood how this card worked so this helped alot, thanks!
Glad to hear chief!

Glad it could be of use!

Talking about magic number is very good for new players.
A video about rule misconceptions would be great :)

I have been play testing with bastion prime recently and here is the deck i came up with feedback pretty much appeciated :
4 bastion prime
3 bastion (and 1 copy his entire rideline)
4 fossado
4 lagrielle
4 alden
4 sparare
2 of the defensive g3 (skill on the guardian circle gains +10k but if your vanguard is g4 it gets plus 20k)
2 boost orders (g3 order discard 1 to play continues skill all g3 can boost)
1 rafluke
4 pgs
1 ot
3 draws
4 heals
8 crits

I love that Lagrele has 1 Skill that’s more than double the combined length of Referzos 2 Skills
Remember he's cool because he makes the game exciting
The face cam addition is great since it will become even more interesting just Japanese Tv Reaction Cam
You lost me at "LagReal" when you explained his skill.. hahaha
glad to see someone else using front instead of draw, there is a cat girl bullying me too much at my local :( didnt do weel at BRO with bastion ragreal (4-3) but it was still fun. DO you think the card will still be played in dbt04 ?
i too would like to play bastion and attack with bastion ancd check triggers and feel good about myself
Okay I'm still confused on how the resting and discarding works for Lagrele can you put it on here so I can better understand
Ruling video kinda cool
A few days late my apologies but the card soap count is in! **Final Card Slap Count: 99!** massive upgrade This profile from last when it comes to the count!
I consciously made sure to up it :')
what do you think of shield if i were to use this build cause i tend to brick if there is no shield
Hey I used the exact same list as your during dbt3 jp era, using fronts instead of draw because I met lot of loronerol back then. When you were talking about gravida , did you mean the hybrid rush gravida build?
Do a deck profile for set 3 and 4 and also some ruling contents like is order card that sent to prison will stay or not...
What I got from this. Retake the land! Fasado back in at 4 of. Don't argue, we Bastion players have been disgraced! Charge!
I've only seen 47 cards in the deck profile, is it safe to assume that the 3 cards are the other 3 copies of Bastion?
imma study the crap out of this video hahaha! I see a lot of Japanese players run Blaster Javelin + Blaster Dark in the ride deck. I really was wondering if I should pick up Fosado even though he's a little pricey and maybe i'm thinking i will
Can we get a Feltyrosa decklist & breakdown x
How about a video about how to get better at Standard format?
How does Gravidia Worlds works?
I faced my friend yesterday with a bastion with the majority of the cards as shown here the only thing different is he put two copies of pride to protect and two copies of form up o chosen knights and instead of the grade 1 he added easerod angel
I was using both hexaorb and kairi black wings
And i got pushed too much by bastions pressure its almost hard for me to defend even when i try to rest a unit using the kairi black wing its still not enough and even when i successfully defend all attacks my hand is pretty much nonexistant or lacking key units for me to use
Bastion hits like a truck ready to isekai you
Is Fosado no longer suitable for Bastion deck?
I speak quite a lot about Fosado in the deck profile and why you should still run him,
question the outer selvee name i need that i my life
Will there be updated orfist? :3
Yup!
@@DifferentFight LETS GOOO i cant waittt :3
How many draw would you recommend to run?
4 if you play them
Indeed...this was definitely the most video ever 😄😅 haha
Bring back budget decks
budget decks never win serious competitive events so what's the point in covering them...
i dont play lagrele in bastion and as many times i played against lagrele bastion they always run out of hand
i dont really like him
its a situational card, its scary when ur opponents five damage but useless on low dmg. just gotta learn it
