This seems to be a very interesting place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
Great video Matt !! So happy we’re on the road again . Episode reminds of Bee keeper/ Kendo-Man You had a similar soliloquy that impacted my life greatly in that episode. Jayoe brother!!
I've been loving the videos lately, Matt. I live in the states but spent a few years in Italy, going to school and then working on farms. I have always been a cyclist, so naturally brought my bike with me and loved riding throughout Tuscany. I know the Chianti hills well. I love seeing other parts of the countryside through you're trike travels. Enjoy your rides!
What a wonderful place to trike around and the food must be so delicious! My wife and I would love to trike in Italy around the lake to Parma, Italy. What a fabulous experience. Is this part of the Tuscany countryside. What a story you will be able to tell your grandchildren!
Parma is in Emilia, 110 km from Milan and 90 from Bologna, which is a wonderful city nestled at the foot of the hills, almost as beautiful as Florence but much more real, much less touristy and with the longest street lined with arcades in Europe.
Great! I'm really enjoying these vlogs. It would be wonderful if you could include a trip to the Roman villas of Di Stabia, located in Castellammare di Stabia, a Medieval Castle, which is merely a slight jog and jaywalk across the street 800 km away. Haha. I had plans to visit there during the summer semester of 2019 for archiving the castle and conducting architectural and archaeological research, but unfortunately, I fell ill again. Such a disappointment, huge bummer.
Hi Matt, that dish looks gorgeous!. I hope you don't mind my asking but you keep saying "we", I thought you were travelling alone at the moment?. Best wishes. Gérard lacey in Ireland.
Love your videos. All I can say is YUMMY! Thanks for sharing your trip with us.
The beer bottle looks fancy.

It’s really odd how Italians eat late in the evening. I love how Europeans love the outdoors and just socializing.
yea... haha.. i lived in vegas for a while.. they eat the latest... lol
Sidewalk cafés are also common in Paris. One of the better ways to enjoy life.
agree with that
Vidios coming out great!😊
thanks brother

I didnt get a chance to go there unfortunately.. im back in the states as i type this.
Matt did you know Sylvia Helpen, has ended her tour. She her video and see why. liked your video thanks for sharing.
i talked to her 2 days ago... we talked about it then. she needed to make her own decision. I support her.
i looked for a video... where did she post it?
@@JaYoeNation I agree. and I support her decision fully.
I'm sure it isn't just parmesan cheese only in the eggplant dish. Looks like it may have mozzarella in it too. Reason why it's sticky.
ooooh... yea.. i was surprised how gummy it was
