SPONGY KHAMAN DHOKLA | WITHOUT ENO AND CITRIC ACID | KHAMAN DHOKLA RECIPE | EASY GUJRATI DHOKLA बिलकुल बाजार जैसा खमन ढोकला बिना ईनो बिना सिट्रिक एसिड बिना दही
~INGREDIENTS~
Measuring cup- 200 ml
cake tin- 6" diameter
For Batter
Besan or gram flour- 1 cup or 150 g
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 big lemon
Sugar- 2 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Asafoetida or hing- 1/4 tsp
Haldi powder- 1/4 tsp
Ginger chili paste- 1 tsp
Refined oil- 2 tsp
Water- 1/2 cup and 3 tbsp
For Tadka
Oil- 2 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Dry red chilli- 2
Curry leaves- few
Lemon juice- of half lemon
Sugar- 1 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Water- 1/2 cup

This is an awesome recipe. I have made dhokla with this one so many times and it turns out yummyyyy and pillow soft each time 😊 I always make it in idli form. With this 1 cup besan recipe, we get approx 6 dhokla idlis. Mostly I use 1 cup per person.
