@@Trukkface No. Those are pagan holidays. I celebrate passover, Jewish holidays and I rest on the Sabbath, or Saturday. Neither do I rely on any other source or doctrine besides the Bible and the wisdom of the Holy Spirit.
Ive started to think spirituality is just learned to move emotion and energy throughout my body. Kinda like chi flow.
I had a great laugh in the meditation when i touched my forehead. I felt my consciousness greatly increase. I will definitely repeat. Thank you.🙏

Idk man. Meditation did not help me activate Kundalini. Fast paced good music did that for me

Thank you for sharing your experience and valuable knowledge. It took me 8 years to figure out what was happening with only source to guide me at the time. Are you constantly connected? 24/7?

Just because a very rude, very childish, very selfish, very bitter Christian says something on line. It does NOT mean it is true. I cried, begged, & prayed for Jesus to help me with repeated child sexual abuse is a child. No help. Just horrific unbearable pain. Now with mindset change my life has gotten better.
