I recently pulled the trigger and got a Fuji X-T3, your content (and a few others) really convinced me to get into the Fuji ecosystem. Thank you so much! And I am saving up for the 10-24mm, it’s one of the reasons I went for the Fuji!
Nice! I got a great great deal with the 18-55 and I am so so happy so far! Can’t wait to test it out properly when lockdown is lifted! Enjoy your camera :)
I am a Nikon landscape photography shooter, but a few weeks ago I added a Fuji XT4 to my gear. Mainly for video, but also for some photography. Seeing you work with your Fuji gear makes me feel very confident in taking it out and shoot quality content with it. Great videos. I have the 16-80mm F4 with the body, this 10-24mm looks like it will find its way into my camera bag at some point also!
I was originally Nikon Full Frame DSLR shooter and bought Fuji for daily purposes. And I realized that this small camera produces indistinguishable quality from my Nikon. In the end, I just completely switched to Fuji system from Nikon.
@@frankseophotos9633Have you looked at the mirrorless nikons though? I love the sensor, colors, body and use experience on fuji (I own an X-T2) but I feel like nikon Z lenses are actually huge bangers specially on the wide and normal ranges while costing about the same as fuji options (f/4 lenses at least). I feel like fuji doesn't have a really great mid range zoom and this performance on the 10-24 isn't really jaw dropping. A 1k usd lens that can be used only in two apertures ? :-( I got the old sayang 12mm f/2 and it looks sharper than Fujis 10-24, but I've been missing a little bit of flexibility and would like a zoom, but... I'm really looking for a good comparison between these.
Really solid lens. Mine slipped from and open bag straight to the concrete from around 1 mt high with an X-T3 attached. Crashed right on the lens ring. Slight bending, but still works perfect.
Just got this lens, mostly for real estate work, but my copy has terrible problems with flaring and ghosting.. wondering if I have a defective copy, haven't found anyone complaining about this on the internet
I use this as my goto video lens and also if I need something really wide for stills. I think I've shot some of my best images with it. Build is also superb and like you I've no intention of updating to the WR model :-)
That and the 1.4x teleconverter, like hens teeth in the UK at the minute as well. I know a couple of retailers still have them but the price has really shot up this last few months.

I own the stunning 8-16 I purchased grey market BUT I will never sell my 10-24! Such an awesome little wide angle! ❤️
I totally agree! 👍👍
I love this lens as well. Thanks Ian for the testing and insight given. I’ve generally used it on f11 but will definitely try f8 from now on.
Great to hear!
Thanks Ian, a lens that's on my wish list, so this was a really useful review.

definitely a solid lens👍
I wish this was the first lens I bought. I only got it late last year and love it.
Glad you like it buddy 👍👍
Good info about best apertures to shoot at. Thanks, Ian.
Cheers buddy 👍👍
The new one is on my wish list. Thanks for sharing.
Hope you enjoy it!
Great review as usual...I am receiving my WS version next week.
Enjoy it buddy 👍👍
Brilliant video, really helpful and i will now purchase the 10-24mm with WR….and know which settings are best..
Great review as usual!
Glad you liked it! 👍👍

Excellent review. What lens did you use for this video, the indoors shots? Is it the one you use for wedding videography?
Absolutely a stunning lens. Also makes the 8-16 quite senseless.
Thanks buddy 👍👍
Another video of exactly what i was after thankyou
Glad I could help 👍👍

When using this lens on a tripod for landscape shooting, do you turn off the OIS?
not always, check out this video for more info ua-cam.com/video/jUBUz60QcLE/v-deo.html 👍
Hello, when using the 72mm filter size with ND + CPL, does a vignette form on 10mm?
It’d always be in mine too if I could buy one anywhere in the UK - completely out of stock!
loads of second hand ones on mpb
@@darrencallaway4090 I’m after the new WR variant.
