My scout x pro just delivered and I got a chance to shoot it. I have a ppmg ttf in bronze. I saw this and thought I would give it a try. I like how the bands attach and don’t have to tie on. The ppmg fits my hands better for a pinch grip, but I will have to play around with the grip on the scout x pro. I will say that it is a rock solid slingshot. It is accurate too. I decided to try this ott, as the forks are closer together and I wanted to try it out. After getting the feel, I was shooting a can pretty consistently from around 15 yards. Not very far, but good for me. I’m happy I purchased this frame.
I agree 100% on stability to increased accuracy and the same goes for bows, it's all about the "give"...you do not feel the "give" in a bow with a metal riser as you do in a bow with a wood riser and the same goes for Slinger's...love your sense of humor.
13:00 I have been waiting something like that 👍. Nice shot 👊👏. Today was my first tme shooting with plastic Scout X. Band break was farewell to optic sight.
Hey great video, one question, do you think the X model has a stronger shot than the other models ? or is the value in the slingshot build ? Would love to know your input
@@Coolman1985 Sup Tater! For me, the benefit of the Pro series version is when running heavier band sets such as hunting set ups. The aluminum frames add weight which distributes the band resistance better than most thermoplastic frames.
Your reference to Fruity Pebbles hit the mark for me. It is generally accepted that the ancient Israelites gave the blessing over wine when they received manna. For untold decades, scholars of ancient Hebrew puzzled over the phrase “the fruit of the Earth” in the blessing over wine, as it was generally thought that manna was grain based, which would require the blessing over bread. The controversy was quelled during the early 20th century with the advent of Grape Nuts, which is grain based but bears grape in it the name and thus blessed as if wine. The controversy was finally put to rest with Fruity Pebbles, which is now accepted by biblical scholars as modern approximation of manna. The progenitor of all slingshot shooters, David, King of Judah, enjoyed a honey-sweetened grain and insisted that it be served to his military slingers, the grain for strength and the honey to improve eyesight.
Love your sense of humor! Thank you for your videos. sadly, I tried to by a sling shot online and learned my State forbids Amazon from shipping them. Fucking Commiefornia.

@@canvandal4503 I shoot better without sights anyway so it doesn't matter 👍
great video man !! question - if you could have ONLY ONE slingshot, would you pick the Scout LT or Scout X ?
Great question. I would probably prefer the Scout LT. I have been shooting it the longest. 👊
Already ordered cant wait UK waiting for the greatness, Have the normal X and my life needs a pro... 😝

TTF is the more relaxed way to shoot. 🐒
Fun video, thanks 😊
I was telling someone earlier that I’ve been shooting TTF a little more lately. I’m kind of liking it. But that’s top-secret!😂🙏

The only thing better than slingshots and biblical scholarship is Fruity Pebbles. You hit it out of the park w/ this vid.

Hey Tater! Hate to hear about the shipping issue. That blows my mind that a State would take that position with a slingshot!
