Another fine review! A couple of years ago Funko released a line of 3.75” batman 66 figures, including a batmobile with batman and robin. I have those on display with the cave and they’re a match made in heaven both scale and stylewise!
They might be too small, but would look better in here. I hear Mezco 5 POA figures fit nicely with it.
Got mine a few weeks ago on clearance for $8.99.
Lol nice
Love seeing the entire bat cave set up again!! Just beautiful
This one or the one at the end of the video?
@@dHuntersReviews the one at the end of the video. I thought the 66 batcave computers with at least scale in with the set up, but it’s just waayy too small like you showed here. Nonetheless the set up at the end is still beautiful without it, just wanted to see your way of fitting the 66 cave in
Great video👍 It’s a privilege to admire and look at
Thx
You put it on a moving diaplay rounder for the batmobile and added a ramp to speed out of the cave, that will be a good idea!😀💡🙃
Yeah, that would be cool.
Does the big orange central piece come away from the wall? If so, id be tempted to buy 2 of these, sell everything else apart from the back walls and just have the walls stuck together for a cave background.
I'll check
The key to enjoying this line is to not be concerned about the scale. It’s closer to being a toy than an adult collector’s piece. In that respect it’s like the toys of the sixties & seventies, which had almost no accurate scaling at all! Lol. (Check out the old MEGO Batcave to see what I mean). Man your Batcave set up is the best on YT; completely unrivaled. Appreciate the review, another great job.
I know it's retro, but I wish it was $50-$60 and scaled properly.
Awesome review. I have mine displayed with the mattel 60s batmobile and mattel batman and robin. I find that the mattel figs scale better with the batcave
Mattel figs are slightly taller, but thinner. Neither scale with the cave right at all.
Me too and I did the same
In retrospect, I think McFarlane should’ve scaled the figures in line with the Super Powers figures. Doing a 6 inch retread 5 years after Mattel was unnecessary. Whereas, he could’ve done something new with an older property, since the 1966 show has never been done in that scale before.
If they had done that, I would not have purchased any to open.
@@dHuntersReviews I hear you but the vehicles & playsets would’ve been better suited for 5 inch figures. Mattel gave us 1/12, MEGO gave us 1/8, Figures, Inc gave us 1/8 & 1/6, Funko gave us 1/18 & Mezco recently gave us 1/18 scale versions of these characters. It’s almost a crime that McFarlane didn’t integrate them into the 7 inch Multiverse line or 5 inch store exclusives.
I agree, it's insane that the vehicles/playsets are not in line with the figures. Would've worked better for 5 inch, but they went with 6 inch (smaller 6 inch), playset works with 4-5 inch figures.
Looks pretty cool. Yea. Although i dont collect this line, i would love to have a complete batman 1966 setup. Love that series.
Can't wait for the next ones!
1st!
I love your reviews dhunter. Keep it up!
Thank you!
I was hoping you’d get this an review it, I have the Mattel line and this bat cave but I haven’t opened up it up yet, an wondered what they would look on this, I never picked up the car, I really like the Mattel version over the McFarlane version, but now-I feel like the Mattel version is going to look way-oversized sitting in the middle of the cave lol I will definitely be getting the motorcycle an side car. Really dug the review, keep up the great work!
Thx
Wish the cave didn’t suck
You have a great Bat Cave set up...!! Great going.!!
Nice review.!!
I'm really happy with mine ...because it scales very well with my Super Powers figures.!!
(...but I don't have Alfred, Bruce, Dick, ... Vicki Vale ... or Commissioner Gordon...!! Darn.!!)
[...Neither do I have Metropolis visitors like: Clark Kent, Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, nor a Perry White.... in a Wayne Manor diorama ... living room...!!] Double darn.!!
It’s good for super powers, but too small for the figures it’s actually meant for!
Wow thanks so us collecting of bat toys
Keep the good work
Thx
Can’t wait for the Villains Lair!
Found this in our local Target for $8 this week, the last one, target crew told me how lucky I was..bee boop bee boop bee boop..lol!.. I actually used it as backdrop to my Bat McF figures display, not in scale but looks better than a blank wall I guess...awesome playsets at the end.
$8? Insane
Nice job bro
same bat time, same bat channel 🦇
Yessir!
I just wanted a set piece for figures. Couldn’t pass this up when it was 8.99 at target
Hell of a deal
Mcfarlane should do the Christopher Reeve Superman and Linda Carter Wonder Woman to line up and in scale with these figures so we can have a retro heros line.. there was even a Shazam in that time period. Who should we email?
Doubt an email would matter, depends if they can legally do them with likeness rights, etc.
goodlord. HOw many Alfreds do you own?
All of them! Lol
" 'Chronic Back Pain' Batcave Playset" :D
Forgive me but I don't get it.
@@dHuntersReviews That's OK. From all the bending over they have to do to use any of the consoles! They all end up with chronic back pain.
Ah yes
I want shit like this for the dc multiverse line
Yes please.
😃Good idea!💡
The Mattel "batcave" computer is much better scaled, maybe it can be combine with mcfarlane pieces
Yeah, they failed us on this set
Villains lair is fantastic!!! Made up for this debacle
Wait where was a go go dancer in the first episode of Batman 66 the first episode was about riddler
I think it was actually a Riddler henchmen.
It looks cool. I got this and had put up a video of my display, if you want to check it out. I have a T. rex and a few little items in it too. Lol so it’s like a mix of batcave designs.
I'll have to see!
@@dHuntersReviews I’d love to hear your thoughts on it.
Which video? None are new? The Batcave one?
@@dHuntersReviews the batcave one but if you’d want to see others there available too.
@@dHuntersReviews it’s this one.

Good morning there brother just seen your video pop up I guess I'm the first one I don't think that's ever happened have a good day I'm sure it's going to be a great video
Nice
You have so many Alfreds
I can think of 8 official 6-7 inch releases that I have.
Does not compute ;)
Boop Beep Boop Beep
Looks more like 1/18 scale
Yeah, should be bigger to work properly with the figures
I say it is a pass.....
Yeah…
=(
