    Ingredients:
    For dough
    1 egg
    60g (4 tbsp) sugar
    8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
    120g (1/2 cup) butter
    280g (1.75 cups) flour
    The zest of a lemon
    Baking pan 24cm
    Leave in the fridge for 15 minutes
    For cheese mass:
    200g apricots
    20g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
    40g (3 tbsp) water
    660g (3 cups) cream cheese (at room temperature)
    110g (1 cup) powdered sugar
    2 eggs (at room temperature)
    20g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
    65 (1/3 cup) heavy cream 33% fat (at room temperature)
    6 pieces of apricots
    30g flaked almonds
    Bake at 160℃ (320℉) degrees for 60 minutes
