So you may not recognize this couple or movie and that wouldn't surprise me as its an small independent movie. I wanted to edit the video kind of basic and grungy like the movie. I fell in love with this couple!! Its touchy subject matter because of the age difference and I don't think your suppose to ship them but I did BIG TIME. I was like "omg they have to end up together who cares about laws and stuff!!"
I know I might lose subbers because of this video because of the fact that its not a super popular fandom but...and I'm not trying to be rude but..I don't really care. I feel like I've been having trouble finishing a video lately because my heart wasn't in it. So this one is purely for my enjoyment and I did it for me. If anyone else likes it, thats awesome! Of course more TVD and LOST videos are on the way though.
Oh and I'm having a HUGE Michael Fassbender moment right now, so you might be seeing some of my obsession!

OMG！I am so happy you made a vid about these two! I ship them and am looking for fanfic and fanvids about them, but like you said, it's not a super popular fandom, so there is not many. I hope you will make more. I love the movie. And your vid captured all my fave moments between Mia and Connor!! I like how the music fits her dance and the light transformation. I also like the mascara tears. I especially liked the way you edited their running/chasing towards each other. That's brilliant!!

@latinpride55 unfortunately, this is the only one I found also = ( I had read a very short fanfic long time ago and it's just PWP, so i didn't even save it. Sorry. I hope inThisLight20 can make more vids about them.

i actually think its a very good video you have here. you put it together very well ^^ - although i dont exactly like the entire 15 with 40 pairing (mostly because i couldn't see myself making out with a guy that could be my father xD ) but rly rly good job on it. :)
@InThisLight20 wow, thank you so much for considering to make more about fish tank. Actually I watched the film again. Personally, I think Bobby Womack‘s California Dreaming is the perfect song for Mia and Connor. It's used in the film, almost like an official. =) Also I think Van Morrison’s I will be your lover too is also a good one, besides Michael likes Van Morrison. =) But I do understand as a vidder, you have to have a feeling for the song to pull off the vid, so it's your choice after all

I have just joined into the obsessing and I have to say THIS VID is great. the stripped down vidding is just perfect and very complex. The way you used those dance scenes! i have to say 1:44 may be my favorite part /the lights are dim/ the transition from connors lost face to mia's mascara running. I don't know, it's justheartbreaking and awesome.

liked this movie a lot although very 'touchy' subject matter. the relationship seems to have that tragic aspect, the scene that got me was her literally takin the piss on his carpet. Good job, from US. I really like what you 've written and the vid;)

Anything Andrea Arnold makes is so good-from her short film Wasp to the movie American Honey. The girls she’s chooses for her protagonists in her coming of age films like FT and AH are random girls she finds in real life situations, not professional actresses. So their true presence transfers well into their characters.
