This was great. Please, please, PLEASE put out more Universal content!!! We want all the tips and tricks for that resort too! Also it would be great if you could do food recommendations (for both Disney and Universal) for people with dietary restrictions like vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.
DFB should just start doing all amusement parks. Maybe hit up Busch Gardens Tampa next time, then expand to Ohio and do Cedar Point and Kings Island. 🎢
This is great-I never knew you guys had other park videos! It’s just nice to see other parks, but from your perspective, with your guys' style, the editing, narration, and of course, impeccable taste! Honestly one of my fave parts about Disney is the food, so this is incredibly helpful and entertaining. Thanks for doing these!
Thanks for covering this park too! I watched your Disney videos and you saved my family a fortune. Surprised to see this video today in this park! Who else thought this?! 😂🎉
I just recently had a Lard Lad's giant pink donut over at Universal Studios Hollywood and it was absolutely delicious. I'm wondering if they also source them from a local Los Angeles bakery.
I love dfb guide, but my goodness, can you start saying Nutella properly? Why do you say 'Nootella'?! It's hazelnut flavour, not hazelnoot! NUT not NOOT!
AJ! Best voice on the interwebs. I can’t tell you how happy hearing you makes me… plus the “ding” whenever you switch topics. So glad you’re doing Universal stuff as WDW has become cost prohibitive as of late. Now I get to hear you again as I plan our trip to Universal.
Universal universal I cannot thank you enough for having a refillable drink option and having many of these machines throughout the park. You have saved my backpack from being filled with beverages and i thank you
My favorite snack at Universal is at that stand that’s across from the Jimmy Fallon ride in the New York themed area of Universal Studios Florida - it’s an Apple streusel mousse cake! It’s delicious!
I'm definitely going to try Mythos, because I'm a lover of Greek food and I go on holiday to Greece every summer, so it'll be interesting to see how Universal does it. I'll be sure to give the food in the Leaky Cauldron a try too
Love this! I went to Universal last year kind of on a whim and when I got hungry in the middle of the day, I thought about DFB and Disney food and tried to look up an equivalent for Universal and found that there isn't really a good list of really worth-your-while food in Universal. So thanks for filling that void. And I can't wait until next year when you, presumably, cover Epic Universe.
You should also do standard videos of each section like you did with Epcot’s country food stands, like one on the Simpsons food stands, and another video on the superheroes stand. Those simpsons donuts delicious
These videos lately are the some of the very very best. I alternate DW and USO each year and I'm at the point where I just have a playlist of your videos to relax to.❤
Some quick service musts at Universal CityWalk are Hot Dog Hall of Fame, Bread Box, and Red Oven. Also be sure to grab an ice cream at Hard Rock's Emack & Bolio's and a fresh brick oven baked pizza at Sal's at Portofino Bay. Universal may not have Disney's expansive options, but it has its share of gems too
Next time you go to Universal get tye Key Lime Cheesecake at Thunder Falls Taurus, and at three Broomsticks get the Freshly Baked Apple Pie and get Butterbeer icecream to put on top!!
Having been a watcher of DFB videos back when Joey used to do voice overs as well seeing you guys branch out in to universal is sooo surreal but nonetheless I’m super excited to hear your guys takes on the universal parks
I’ve been waiting for a video like this for a long time and I’m so happy y’all showed the food and the menus !!!!! Ahhh perfect video for my planning ❤❤❤
No mention of our favorite pasta place that is handmade and kid friendly… Vivo! The service is so amazing there and they even took my kiddos up to have them watch the cooks make pasta.
I don’t know if this has been mentioned but at Green Eggs and Ham in Seuss Landing, you can order the Who Hash with the can on the side. That way you can keep the can but not have to worry about cleaning it out at the park.
Thanks so much for doing Universal!! I would love to see a video of the seasonal options, like Mardi Gras and Halloween Horror Nights. Universal really shines with event foods! (Pizza Fries are amazing)
We were there for the Mardi Gras party and we bought a ticket to the food festival that lets you try a bunch of different New Orleans foods. We tried the alligator, po’ boys, king cake and beignets. It was all really good and unique.
Thank you for sharing information about Universal Studios. Circa 2000, my mother, my brother and I visited the Universal Citywalk. It was a lot cheaper and still immersive. I am a big fan of “Back to the Future” and other Universal Studios I.P.s.
Quincy is the Universal Orlando go-to person, I think and her being in the team visit is a loaded asset. And I think the Universal crew are called "Team Member" instead of "Caste Member" to differentiate with Disney.
Love your channel. You should ditch Disney and just do Universal though. Disney used to be for the families that went there, but now it's just for the money.
One of my favorite donuts ive ever had is from voodoo. Its their grape soda donut, its so good, ive only tried like 3-4 of their flavors, but the grape soda was by far my favorite.
@@Zee-mu1zj it didn't for us. No one in our party is a fan of Harry Potter. My teenager enjoyed crazy rides, but my 7 yo and I were suffering waiting for him. Definitely do 1 park per day if you travel with more than 2 people or you will miss out. We just didn't have enough time to explore and spent a lot of time waiting even after paying hundreds for the express pass.
@mariamoiseeva9685 Oh, I see- Yes, you would definitely need more than one day, because it does appear to be quite a vast place, & you got the express passes too! Just Imagine if you hadn't! Hopefully you will get the opportunity to spend more time there in the future 🙏🏽
great video! I've been going to Universal for years and a personal favorite is Finnegan's. The apple butter with bread for their free appetizer is insanely good (it also comes with regular butter). I would usually either get the salmon or chicken breast but they changed the salmon dish- not sure how the new one is, but the chicken is great. Simple but delicious. Also the Coca Cola freestyle is so worth it. We don't drink a lot of soda but we got our money's worth with all the Powerade (gotta stay hydrated in the heat) and got some icee too with it.
I’m happy to see more Universal food recommendations. I’m a Disney AP, and live about 80 minutes from the parks. We actually have a lot of date nights at CityWalk, without even going into the parks. I’ll look forward to seeing some of the food suggestions there, as well as my regular Disney spots!
I'm absolutely drooling just thinking about all the delicious eats you uncovered at Universal Orlando! Your dedication to sampling everything to find the best of the best is truly impressive. Can't wait to follow your curated list and indulge in some of the most mouthwatering treats on my next visit to the Universal Parks. Thanks for always keeping us informed and satisfied, DFBGuide! 🍔🍕🍰
I know I won't be going to universal for atleast another 2 years, but I had to check if you had recommendations for their food options as well. The only time I went was almost 15 years ago and it looks like the options are definitely better and I'm excited now
Thanks for the info. Planning a trip end of September for HhN and Harry Potter. Staying at Hard Rock hotel. I will be looking forward to more of your Universal and IOA videos. I especially want to watch the food reviews. This will be our 4th trip but our first for HHN.
You really need to try the ribs at 3 Broomsticks. They aren't always on the menu, but they always have them if you ask. So tender , and they have no problem putting the sauce on the side. It's our favorite.
We loved Minions cafe! Kevin’s salad was so good I came back to get it on two other days during our trip. One of the “minions” played a prank on us. We got a giant fork with our silverware. Can’t wait to go back again in 2025.
Nice to see you branch out to more theme parks. One note on this video, I had to divert my eyes throughout watching it on a large TV. The MANY close-up shots which zoom and pan was giving me motion sickness. Which is odd, I do not normally get ill on aggressive rides, but this was more like a feeling of sea sickness.
This was great. Please, please, PLEASE put out more Universal content!!! We want all the tips and tricks for that resort too!
Also it would be great if you could do food recommendations (for both Disney and Universal) for people with dietary restrictions like vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.
I love that you are covering other parks besides Disney
Watch out Disney! The competition is real!
I love this! Universal is such a fertile area of expansion from DFB
For the longest time I thought Universal was part of Disney
DFB should just start doing all amusement parks. Maybe hit up Busch Gardens Tampa next time, then expand to Ohio and do Cedar Point and Kings Island. 🎢
Agreed can't stand Disney right now
It’s wonderful to see DFB inside Universal Orlando Resort! Let’s go, Universal Orlando Resort!
This is great-I never knew you guys had other park videos! Mytos restaurante is amazing
I heard the same complaint about lard lad donuts
Take a shot every time AJ says "anyway"
I have yet to have a meal at universal I’ve liked, let alone loved. I’m looking forward to trying again with this list!
YUMMY THOSE CREPES ARE MAKING MY MOUTH WATER
10:32 wish they would bring back the original moose and goose juices.
It is about time.....better park for a lot of people.
I just recently had a Lard Lad's giant pink donut over at Universal Studios Hollywood and it was absolutely delicious. I'm wondering if they also source them from a local Los Angeles bakery.
Hot butterbeer all the way! Best taste of the three. Frozen actually has almost no taste.
I love dfb guide, but my goodness, can you start saying Nutella properly? Why do you say 'Nootella'?! It's hazelnut flavour, not hazelnoot! NUT not NOOT!
And she says Ris-ow-tows instead of Risotto 😂
boooooo no Disney only!!!
Lot of people do both. Everyone in our house has annual passes to both
AJ! Best voice on the interwebs. I can’t tell you how happy hearing you makes me… plus the “ding” whenever you switch topics. So glad you’re doing Universal stuff as WDW has become cost prohibitive as of late. Now I get to hear you again as I plan our trip to Universal.
Man,this is so true! Really good voice for UA-cam/broadcasting - one of the reasons I watch, lol
Universal universal I cannot thank you enough for having a refillable drink option and having many of these machines throughout the park. You have saved my backpack from being filled with beverages and i thank you
Yes! The nostalgia is not there for me like at Disney, but Universal does SO many things better…
I've been WAITING for this video for 3 YEARS! Just in time for my family's Universal Trip!!
Chocolate pudding in Leaky Cauldron is incredible
Team members ... Lol we are called team members. Cast member is for Disney.
So happy y’all are covering Universal! We love both parks so much!
Covering the theme park capital is so much fun for AJ….
So much was missed they was never tried. You guys have to go back and do a deeper research the feast at the 3 broom sticks and the brisket crepe 🤤
Frozen butterbeer!
My favorite snack at Universal is at that stand that’s across from the Jimmy Fallon ride in the New York themed area of Universal Studios Florida - it’s an Apple streusel mousse cake! It’s delicious!
I hope they see some of these tips!

Banana pudding at Cabana bay literary brought tears to my eyes. So good!

I still dream about the oat milk pineapple upside down shake at Toothsome. I can enjoy the whole thing, no problem! And Bice is the absolute best
Loving the universal additions.
As a Brit I always find the concept of British food being scary funny 😆
Bruh the breakfast you brits consume is nightmare fuel beans and blood sausage 🤮
Married to a Brit... I agree.. lol
You should also do standard videos of each section like you did with Epcot’s country food stands, like one on the Simpsons food stands, and another video on the superheroes stand. Those simpsons donuts delicious

We’ve had a lot of fun making them! 💖 Thanks for being here!
Chicken and waffles sandwich with maple mayo is my go-to quick service in Simpsons
When cider ferments it becomes vinegary. The cider may have been left open and out in warm temperature. (Not following food safety procedures)
I love all of the universal content that we are seeing!
Yayy glad to see more videos from universal they really do have great food
Finally! You guys are amazing in making this videos. Change the channel to Disney and universal food blog❤❤❤

I love and adore Universal Orlando Resorts so much!!!!!!!
I have not been too universal in over 25 years
Would love a best desserts video!
Hot ButterBeer all day, every day. will be in the parks in 30 days
A perfect disney trip is also a universal trip

Broccoli on a baked potato?? What an abomination!! 😂

I’m surprised they’re giving purple minions some attention because despicable Me two came out years ago. Also, it’s kind of like the grimace shake.
Those baked potatoes are SUCH a good idea when seeking something that isn't deep-friend HAHA!
Baked potato = the real MVP
Thank you for sharing information about Universal Studios. Circa 2000, my mother, my brother and I visited the Universal Citywalk. It was a lot cheaper and still immersive. I am a big fan of “Back to the Future” and other Universal Studios I.P.s.
I never been to universal I’m waiting for 2025 because I wanna go to Nintendo world Orlando
Me too
Could you also include other area parks, and also (non-park) resort hotels?
Quincy is the Universal Orlando go-to person, I think and her being in the team visit is a loaded asset.
And I think the Universal crew are called "Team Member" instead of "Caste Member" to differentiate with Disney.

REALLY looking forward to more Universal content! Florian's does have the best ice cream!
Love this!
I enjoy a good butterbeer but I love and dream about pumpkin juice and the fizzy otter.
Hot butterbeer > frozen > original!
Best thing ever is unveil Orland is ice cream I before cup with spoon at t for the elaphite ride my name is Heather ha youtube video only
Yay!! Universal content!!!
AJ has DFB never done the best eats at Universal Volcano Bay?
Filling up your sodacup 3 + times in a day sounds problematic
Fishy green ale is one of my absolute have to haves. Also the clotted cream ice cream
Butterbeer: I'm good with all 3, but I do prefer the hot or frozen options, depending on the time of day.
I really wanna try the tots at green eggs n ham
One of my favorite donuts ive ever had is from voodoo. Its their grape soda donut, its so good, ive only tried like 3-4 of their flavors, but the grape soda was by far my favorite.
would love to see a video about the vegetarian options at universal!
I’ve never had a hot butterbeer. Where is hogsheads?
It’s attached to the Three Broomsticks
The orange moose juice at Seuss landing is really good and a good price.
Thank you for posting this! Going next Saturday so this is perfect
Thank you so much! Just in time for our first-time trip to Universal in 2 weeks!

Universal definitely needs more coverage, especially by a blog of your caliber!
The hot butterbeer is so underrated
