If the submission or the proposal is only submitted first the sake of approval, then yes it may be very hard. But if genuine plan, idea and INTENT is shown then it can be endorsed much easily.
To avoid consultant fee of 5k to 10k can i submit my plan myself to endorsing body if my plan is innovative and i am intending to do a same business with full strength ?
The minimum age for applicant of Innovator Founder visa is 18 years. The dependent child must be less than 15 years ( or less than 18 years if full time student and living with parents).

I wont take any longer as you can apply for visa after endorsement and complete the formalities in uk.
