      No seriously just keep pushing through those rejections and no answers and you’ll eventually speak with someone, make them an offer, get it accepted and get the deal to the finish line you got it we got it get going brother🦾

    I think you would have won that land locked man over if you didn’t constantly interrupt him and talk over him. What he was essentially saying is I don’t want you to gain anything from my property because I don’t like the way you keep trying to “son” me. Lol. Respect your sellers. That would have been such an easy sell. He wasn’t making sense with his reasoning so it boiled down to him just not liking the conversation. I wouldn’t have liked being spoken to that way either. Slow down and add some respect and rapport. Damn.

      I felt the same way, rubbed me the wrong way, but I think if he’s able to control that aggressiveness’s he would have been able to potentionally close two sellers on that call.
      Loved the aggressiveness against the competition on the last call though.

    I just comped a woman’s property and made her an offer of $87,976 she told me no because she got an offer for $112,00 and she’s looking to get a lil more than that, the property will appraise to $142,400 the comps that Redfin suggested all sold for $130k, $114k and I used one for $180k which sold a little more than 6 months ago compared to the other two which sold this year 2024, I could have used one that sold this year for $135k instead with less sqft and the ARV would’ve been around $127k but I went for the high sales comp of $180k to try to at least get more spread , my question is how did someone make her an offer for $112,000 when the ARV is no more than $147k ? Could she be lying lol?

      Also prop stream didn’t suggest any comps so that’s what led me to Redfin!
