I don't really like the nature on the map with it being the chapter 1 but with the chapter 2 nature it would look better. (This is just my opinion gl with the future of the map)

One way could be you can achieve a certain perk only at this poi but it's a different perk in another poi or mythics like in ch2 s2 with vaults. For a poi area underground bases would be cool I don't really see those too often
Hey! Just thought I should let you know if you were tryna pronounce it as “holly” then holy homes should be spelt “holly homes”, or at least I think it is. Just wanted to give the heads up!
I used the mutator device and I put when you enter the zone, it will transmit a channel. And then I have a message device where it will show when that channel is transmitted.
Basically you use the mutator zone and you place it so it covers up your entire poi, then use the channel “on player enter zone transmit on” and make it transmit on a channel available. Then use the hub message device and create the message for entering the poi (ex: entering “poi name”) And make sure to go into the settings on the hud message device and use channel “show when receiving from” and make it the same channel you used for the mutator zone, then test it and make sure it works! ❗️❗️❗️ALSO UNLESS YOU WANNA MAKE YOUR POI UNIQUE, make sure to make the settings on the mutator zone: allow building and allow weapon fire to yes, unless you want your poi to not allowing shooting/building Hope this helps! 👍🏾

how many subs are needed for a code
As of now it's 1k subs but sometimes they let small creators get one but it's kind of hard.
