In this video we will show you 3 different ways to style your backdrop.
Since, this is a follow up to our previous video ( • (DIY) How to setup a d... , we will be using the existing setup.
Style 1 - Drapes/Fabric in the middle of Backdrop.
You can either bring all the drapes/fabric in the middle and tie them together, or you can tie them separately (as shown in the video).
1. Begin with holding the drapes/fabric together and make pleats/swagging.
2. Once the swagging is even for the drapes/fabric, tie them using a cable tie.
3. Once tied, check if the styling is even for the drapes and there is no extra curves/bends on the drapes/fabric.
4. Repeat the same steps on the other side.
5. Once completed, check for any imperfections and fix them.
Style 2 - Drapes/Fabric on the either sides of Backdrop.
1. Begin with holding the drapes/fabric together and make pleats/swagging towards the upright/pole.
2. Once the swagging is even for the drapes/fabric, tie them using a cable tie to the upright/pole.
3. Once tied, check if the styling is even for the drapes and there is no extra curves/bends on the drapes/fabric.
4. Repeat the same steps on the other side.
5. Once completed, check for any imperfections and fix them.
Style 3 - Drapes/Fabric on one side of the Backdrop.
1. Begin with holding the drapes/fabric together and make pleats/swagging towards the upright/pole.
2. Once the swagging is even for the drapes/fabric, tie them using a cable tie to the upright/pole.
3. Holding too many drapes/fabric at once can be a bit difficult, so you can tie few drapes/fabric first using a cable tie and then add more drapes/fabric to the swagging and again tie them using a cable tie.
4. Once tied, check if the styling is even for the drapes and there is no extra curves/bends on the drapes/fabric.
5. Once completed, check for any other imperfections and fix them.
