I take a bus/van home so I literally have no idea if my AirPods case fell out of the van when someone was coming out, or it's on the ground outside of my school. I wanna cry so bad. I haven't told my mom or anything. Please somebody pray for me because I'm going to the front office and PRAY that administration saw it and brought it to the front desk. UPDATE: On my birthday (June 20th 2022) my father bought me the AirPods generation 3 (I had the generation 1 AirPods before). So I'm fine now lol, sorry to all the people who lost their AirPods. I really wish I can help you find them! Tips: I would recommend a lanyard or a little clip to attach to your AirPods case then you can attach it your jeans (MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS CHECK IF THE AIRPODS CHARGING CASE IS CLOSED!! My sister almost lost her right AirPod that way.). Also always wear clothing that has pockets lol. But anyways, thanks for the likes and the caring comments lol. God bless

I had got them for my birthday in June snd I had lost it in February. but yeah, other than that I'm good :)
To my ears these 3rd Gen Air pods are more comfortable compared to the newer Pro version with the soft gel tips. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxgl8SzyQoymMu-S3V55Dskg5QJ8xr1yCR That said, compared to the 3rd Gen, I notice these do not stay planted in the ear as well. One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.

No. 1st/2nd generation don’t make noise in the case or show location in the case. Basically it’s in sleep mode when in the case. It’s stupid. Mine are actually lost within the house and I swear I’ve turned the house upside down but can’t find it anywhere. I’d recommend buying an AirTag

Tap on your AirPods device in the “Find My” app, swipe up and it’s at the bottom of the notifications section. It’s only available for 2nd Gen, 3rd Gen, Pros and Max.
