  • Lesson three first identifies the two delivery methods for training, and then explores six methods commonly used in training. Admittedly, there are many more than six methods applied in the training environment. These six methods capture the most common choices trainers have when selecting training methods. Start by asking yourself what your audience needs from a training perspective. Consider what methods might best engage your audience in the content. Search 'training' on the Gregg Learning channel for more resources.
