- Completed segment of unreleased documentary about Context Sensitive Design (design of roads & bridges that enhance, rather than fragment and destabilize communities). This segment concerns a highway that separates the city from its waterfront on the Delaware River, and the plan to improve NJ's capital city by transforming the highway into a pedestrian friendly waterfront boulevard. The other CSD projects featured in this documentary-- Stillwater, NJ; West Palm Beach, FL; and Littleton, NH, had been completed prior to filming. This project was only an ambitious plan at the time of filming. And like many other meaningful investments that would improve the quality of life for the people who live-- as opposed to those who work, or govern-- in New Jersey's capital city, it was abandoned.
People talk down on Trenton. Yea it's ruff but really it's full of good broken people. The poor just need help they are good people
Nice, Trenton.
Lmao he said speeding down route 29... yup everyone speeds however state troops are all over it now
Trenton is the most ghetto state capital in the US and has the fugliest capitol building in the country. It's a shame. It doesn't have to be that way. They have an important history and some cool architecture.
You wanna talk about fatalities? Rt 129 at Lalor street is far worse!
