In this ASMR video, I delicately repeat calming affirmations, guide you through meditation, and give you up-close personal attention in an attempt to soothe any anxiety or stress you may be experiencing. Some other triggers include hand movements, mic brushing, and trigger words. This was very soothing and helpful to my own mind, and I hope that it can bring some sort of peace to you as well :)

What a great speech ! Those principles really resonate with me as my older brother in college has taught me how to set my goals and live life by being in control of your mindset and persepctive on the world to become the person you want to be and trusting that everything will work out, great job !!
As a person who has severe trauma when it comes to male voices, this is the very first time I have found a video (from a male creator) that genuinely made me feel safe. Thank you for sharing your soft voice and calming presence.

I got my wisdom teeth out today and it was my first surgery (which I guess is a good thing) and i feel like shit so this is the best thing that’ll help me fall asleep tonight!!!
This is so cool i want to be an oral surgeon… hope it went well! Good luck with your recovery and don’t forget not to use straws, don t exercise, sneeze with your mouth open, basically don’t create negative pressure in your mouth so you don’t dislodge your blood clot! If you see the next days some white yellowish spots don’t stress because it’s fibrin and that’s good. 🤍

I've had a very stressful day at work where it seemed as if everything I did was wrong but I'm pretty new at this grocery store I work at so I still need time to get into the swing of things.
