On this episode I do a Dobinson 3in lift kit with 3-way adjustment on a 2004 Lexus GX470. It came with stock air suspension in the rear and struts in the front. It went from a smooth ride to a smooth off-roader and with Fuel Off-Road wheels wrapped with Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT LT285/70R17s .... maan this thing looks good!! Rides good, looks sikk and performs great!! I really love the way this thing turned out. I guarantee it will turn heads.

I did mine with jackstands and it was a super b. The struts might as well been welded at the top hats. I figured it would take a day but no... it took much longer. Went with Bilstein B8112 bypass and it rides nice and speed bumps and humps no matter no more.

I am keeping mine stock for awhile. It lets you raise the suspension when off roading. I did put a new set of ko2s on it. They do amazingly well on and off road
The stock airbags in the rear are trash I popped mine within a week
KO2s are very good on road tires too - until they get about 1/2 worn out. They they get louder. But that’ll take a couple years.

I was wondering what specific size I need to get in these wheels for my GX470 as well, I love them. Do you have any idea what the correct sizing is? 12:33

how much ballpark for this setup?
What 3inch complete lift kit do you recommend for this vehicle on 33’s?
I just did mine I got a 3 inch lift from Ironman4x4 comes with everything. Get some aftermarket upper control arms to correct caster.
