Witch King is inspired by Untamed...now I have to read it! ❤ I enjoyed Murderbot and truly relate to just wanting to be left alone to watch my shows!

This podcast has become my GOTO podcast for interviews. Adrian and MJ are just so approachable and fun, that even when they have hard hitting questions...the person being interviewed is able to ease into ANY question with a wonderful answer. Thank you for providing these great discussions with all these amazing authors.
I first was introduced to Martha Wells with the Murderbot Diaries. They were SO refreshing and unique, that I've been voracious for more. Each new novella or book...has added to my appetite for more. Please continue to be inspired to write more our this wonder character and the humans that it is near.
After reading her Science Fiction, I saw that she'd written Fantasy before hand, but, for some reason...I just couldn't flip the switch to pick them up. But I will, eventually.
I see that she's written in the Star Wars franchise. I loved her story in A Certain Point of View: The Empire Strikes Back: Bespin Escape.
But, she's also written a Princess Leia novel in what is NOW called Legends, called Razor's Edge. I am definitely going to read that book.
I hope that she does more stories in the Star Wars franchise, when she has time.
Looking forward to reading her back catalogue, once it has been re-released by TOR.
The Witch King and her other projects that she's doing now looks great...I just need to wrap my head around the fact that there won't be Murderbot there. Ugh. No doubt, she's written some MORE great characters.
Loved her thoughtful and heartfelt answers. We are about the same age, so we have similar sensabilites. I'm not sure that I could handle the criticism of my work as well as most authors these days, but seeing her speak, it makes me think more about how to approach someone who's put their heart and soul into something...and then nitpicking it apart (and how harsh and wrong that is).
Again, thank you for these interviews. I look forward to the Masterclass on Worldbuilding.
    Talk to you, later.

Thank you thank you thank you, Graff! 🙏
Hopefully you’ll check out her fantasy, especially the older stuff, cause you can see the evolution of Martha’s writing style and her worldbuilding/characters are excellent.

Huge Murderbot fan and I am not a sci-fi guy--it's just the coolest being. This is amazing movie fodder.
