Je vis actuellement de fortes confusions mentales et emotionnelles , et encore plus quand je suis avec mon compagnon . Beaucoup de choses veulent se realiser , comme par exemple accepter de vivre seule et de lui dire de s'en aller de chez moi , même si à la base c'etait pour nous .. Malheureusement les paillettes du debut sont devenus des poussieres.😷 Je respire tres mal , souvent entrain de me racler la gorge , mal etre constant , difficulté énorme d'être soi même.. j'ai du faire bcp de changements pour lui convenir 😢 et aujourd'hui je ne me sens pas aimée telle que je suis dans ses yeux ..
Et quand viens le moment x on pourrait se rassurer et se soulager , il m'aime quand même , mais quand cela est fini , je deviens derangeante et n'ose pas m'approcher de lui et de prendre mm la couverture pour bien mettre sur moi ou quand encore je ne fais pas expres de le toucher .. Mes emotions mon ressenti n'est pas compris , avec ses mots n'ont aucune importance.. je ne me sens comme avec un etranger ou encore c'est moi l'etrangere dans cette maison et aussi très seule .. Je me sens inutile comme utilisée et abusé émotionnellement pck il connait que je vais rarement etre concrète dans ce que je veux , pck je suis hypersensible et que j'ai peur de vivre seule ou du moins sans lui.. et aussi acquise et énormément dominée , et plus vulnérable a cote de lui comme si on m'avait puni .
je viens ici pour un peu m'apporter et ressentir de l'amour de la compréhension .🙂 merci beaucoup pour votre melodie ❤
