So uh...how about those Penguins? Btw, thanks to everyone who joined our stream last night! Despite the score, this was my favorite stream so far this year. We're back at it on Tuesday for Avalanche vs Devils!!
Sorry you have to deal with this team all year Nick. I was in the same position as you with my Red Wings 4 years ago. Now were one of those teams which are really fun to watch. I sure hope that San Jose can do that in the coming years.
@@TwistedWristerHockey Well we got good old Stevie Y at the helm of our ship. Just from watching my team I can say he clearly knows how to draft players regardless of it's the 1st pick or not.
@@krakenNation And your Kraken are still a decade out from winning your first ever Stanley cup at least. I don't see it happening anytime soon with the way the team looks like now.

Dude’s an absolute unit, taking these games in stride. Meanwhile, Steve Dangle is having an aneurysm cause his team may have to fight for a playoff spot.
As a Sabres fan I just want you to know you're not alone. I know the feeling of that pain. Just keep in mind - there's only one direction to go, and that is up.
Feeling a little sad for the Sharks, but they might be able to turn things around by beating the Oilers on Thursday. Oilers crater under pressure, take away their neutral zone speed then play a low game in their zone, shoot, shoot, shoot, you've got that one boys.
I know the pain my friend being a coyote fan is not always the easiest especially when we started the season 0-11-1 in 2021 I believe so stay strong bright days ahead
At least they're not the Edmonton Oilers. Overall during the years since San Jose came into the league who has been worst Oilers or Sharks? I think the Oilers. Hell, look at them now two players that have been the NHL scoring leaders and they're still only 4 points ahead of San Jose for second worst team in the league
As a Chicago Bears fan I can relate my friend. Hopefully you guys can actually win a few games. Lucky for me, the only Chicago team I don’t root for is the Hawks. (I’m a Ref Wings fan) so at least I don’t have to root for that terrible team.
When they get Barabanov and Couture back the offense will be much better....they have three or four other talented offensive players and will surely start to score...problem is they cant stop anyone.
As a Pens fan with how streaky Jarry has been this season, I was also set to eat crow, and accept that the Sharks first win was over the Penguins. I genuinely hope this painfully bad season is worth it for Sharks fans in terms of the draft actually giving the worst team the number one pick because seeing a team give up 20 goals in 2 games is as low as you can get.
As is normal in these situations, the coach will be fired soon. If I were the Sharks' goalies, I'd sue the rest of the team to get a protective order from the court.
A couple years ago I speculated this could be a possibility given (1) the lack of a prospect pool (which is improving these days) and (2) a sharp drop in attendance & season ticket holders. It's a tough one to crack though, since owner Hasso Plattner is already pretty hands-off with the team and based in Germany.
I getcha. He spent a little money on a whole bunch of players instead of a good chunk of change on just a handful of players. The team was in cap hell, but he improved their situation going forward by, somehow, getting the Pens to eat 10m of Karlsson's annual salary. It'd be a better situation if Wilson's regime never signed Hertl, but then again that could've meant Meier was signed long term instead. Grier did what needed to be done, but it'll take time until we can judge if he really is steering this franchise in the right direction
They are after their own record of mediocrity established in 1992-93: 11-71-2- 24 points. Only the 1974-75 Washington Capitals were worse: 8- 67-5- 21 points. But the 92-93 Sharks played 4 more games than these Caps that season. So, it's a tie basically. That's why they want to be the worst team all time apparently. ;) They are on a pace for 0- 80- 2. :(
Honestly, I think if things continue in this direction, the Sharks might develop a sort of cult following. These would be folks who likely cheer for other teams or don't follow much hockey, but they're fascinated by this Sharks team and want to adopt them as a favorite underdog going forward. Either way, they're our team through the thick and thin.
I've been a fan since they started, but at this point, I'm kind of hoping they go down as the all-time worst team. I mean, at least they will be remembered that way. Right?
So uh...how about those Penguins? Btw, thanks to everyone who joined our stream last night! Despite the score, this was my favorite stream so far this year. We're back at it on Tuesday for Avalanche vs Devils!!
Yes sir
They will be bad for 2 years then will become pretty good
Sharks: Wanna see me let up 10 goals?
Sharks: *Wanna see me do it again?*
Sorry you have to deal with this team all year Nick. I was in the same position as you with my Red Wings 4 years ago. Now were one of those teams which are really fun to watch. I sure hope that San Jose can do that in the coming years.
And you did that without a first overall pick 👍
@@TwistedWristerHockey Well we got good old Stevie Y at the helm of our ship. Just from watching my team I can say he clearly knows how to draft players regardless of it's the 1st pick or not.
Red wings still won’t make playoffs

On the brightside they scored more than a goal for the second time this season😂
And they only lost by 8 this time 😉
Dude’s an absolute unit, taking these games in stride.

It's all about expectations
Oh yeah i forgot you were a sharks fan😂 mad respect for not going insane
We're already years past that point hahahahahaaha
I'm a NY Giants fan. I feel for you bro.
I was looking for this comment. Thought the same exact thing today after watching last nights game.
Have a seat for you on the Detroit Band Wagon 😂
This is brutal to watch
As a Sharks fan, this season has been rough to watch. I just hope Grier can somehow build off from this mess.
This is terrible. There’s not much to work with. This has to be the worst NHL team I have ever seen.
Man I feel so bad for that goalie. Absolute zero offense or defense, just a black mark on your record. Absolutely sad that this happens to anyone.
Man that must be painful respect the loyalty tho
Can't wait to get that number 4 pick after going winless via the broken draft lottery 😅😢
I am with you Nick! Loyal sharks fan for life
As a Sabres fan I just want you to know you're not alone. I know the feeling of that pain. Just keep in mind - there's only one direction to go, and that is up.
yeah but the sabres were never THIS bad
just rough. definitely competing with the 74 75 caps here

When was the last time any team gave up 10 in two straight games.
The 1965-66 Bruins...but hey, shortly after they ended up with some guy named Bobby Orr 😉
I know the pain my friend being a coyote fan is not always the easiest especially when we started the season 0-11-1 in 2021 I believe so stay strong bright days ahead

Sharks? Nope
Barracuda? Nope
San Jose State University? 6-7-0 ok... GO SPARTANS!!!!!
Lol and go Wichita!
should have done this tanking last year for bedard!
Wouldn't have mattered anyways. Draft lottery is done behind closed doors for a reason

Between sending Huberdeau to Calgary and Duke to San Jose, no player is EVER going to sign a contract with Zito without a NMC ever again! 🤣🤣🤣
When they get Barabanov and Couture back the offense will be much better....they have three or four other talented offensive players and will surely start to score...problem is they cant stop anyone.
why couldn’t have we been this bad last year?
What's funny is that they easily could have won six or seven more games last year. Too many lost leads in the 3rd period and especially in OT.
Karlson just had to put up points, would have much rather seen Bedard in San Jose instead of being gifted to Chicago.
@@JaredLS10 True, I wish EK65 saved that kind of season for 2018-19 🤣
At least us sharks fans don't have jersey ads rn
^ facts 💯
Not just sutter, imagine if they had Torts as coach. Holy hell
San Jose will win their first game against Edmonton this week 😂😂😂
Which is why I am watching only the Warrior games Nick this is the pain of being a Sharks fan..

Erik Karlsson wss a member of the sharks past time they won a game LMAO
i kinda feel bad
As is normal in these situations, the coach will be fired soon. If I were the Sharks' goalies, I'd sue the rest of the team to get a protective order from the court.
Or maybe put the pads on Quinn for a change 😆
Could be worse, Sharks could be like Edmonton and Calgary where fans went into the season with hope.
They got rid of everybody, and started losing every game. Reminds me of the Oakland A's. Are the Sharks trying to move?

Grier is making me nervous. There's tanking and then there's whatever the hell this team is

As a Penguins fan, I'm so sorry. Yinz definitely deserve a better team than this.
Yo dude our team put on amazing game and won but your team I don’t hate them they need better d I think
Gods you poor soul. I thought being a Calgary fan was rough these days
Must be a hard time to a - Not a shark...more a pickel herring from Sweden
😆
I miss Karlsson so much

At this point I would send all six defensemen down to the AHL, and sign 6 free agents.
I'm catching a lot of flak for supporting this team this year. It'll be okay, it'll be worth it.

@@TwistedWristerHockey let's see if they break the record tonight.
I hope u are ok
Watching some OT playoff goals and Douglas Murray fights will me help out 😆

It’s ok Iam a Flyers fan 😢😂😢😂😂😅
I've been a fan since they started, but at this point, I'm kind of hoping they go down as the all-time worst team. I mean, at least they will be remembered that way. Right?
Well atleast they'll get the 1st pick
We'll see...that's exactly what Ducks fans thought last year 😆
let’s go pens great game 😉
Plz win before you play the rangers I can’t handle the stress of being the first team to lose to y’all🤣
Goal
atleast you werent there 💀
We'll see how they look when I attend their Dec 28 game against the Oilers (who look pretty awful themselves at this moment)
