Replace white salt with rock salt or black salt, and sugar with sugar free or jaggery (gur) avoid refined food like refined oil maida etc include protein diet and limit your carbs after 6 in the evening and a good amount of exercise atleast 2 hours a day depending upon the stamina and yes not to forget luke warm water with lime and detox water and a minimum of 10 glasses of water daily
