Seems like NRS hate scorpion and subzero.. they gave him a new move which is completely useless and they have already forgot that subzero also exists in the game

@@StarK_Takahashi Nah the new move is far from useless, it actually opens up more neutral options as previously all the other f3 strings were either unsafe or punishable. The new move is safe on block and has less of a gap than all the other options and is also cancellable. Opens up some new neutral options since it's a mid and not high like the others.
