    Hi doc.Simula ng maglowcarb ako napakasensitive po ng aking katawan konting saging at bread lng nagka inflamation na po ako sa binti ang hirap pa lang mag cheat pero ginagamot ko po through fasting 18hrs.😊 laban lang salamat doc.

    Kahit ano po ang pag ingat ng Tao sa katawan nya o health nya kung talagang oras na po nya na lumisan sa Mundo eh walang makakapigil. Ang importante eh gumawa ng mabuti sa kapwa. Hindi ka nga mamamatay sa mabuti mong kalusugan pero sa aksidente ka naman madadale, ganyan ang nangyari sa ate ko. Maingat sya sa katawan pero sa aksidente naman sya namatay.

      @@drjosephinegracerojotan Doctors Eric Berg & Sten Ekberg say that resistant starch like refrigerated overnight white rice does not spike blood sugar. I have been doing this for 1 year. Everytime I eat refrigerated overnight resistant startch white rice, my blood sugar does not spike. I lost 5 inches from my waist and maintained my weight at 110 lbs, 5'3" in height. What can you say about refrigerated overnight white rice that becomes resistant starch, Doc Grace. TIA for replying.

      Yes po.. Hirap bumalik sa High carbs ako 3 yrs ako nag LC & ang pinakamahaba kong cheating 3 weeks ang nangyari saakin tumaas BP ko, Cholesterol ko at nagkaroon ako ang Anxiety & Panic Attack kaya pag Lowcarbers ka mararamdaman mo ang epekto ng CHEATING.. kaya bumalik ulit ako sa strict LCIF..😊

      Shirataki rice is okay, it has no nutritional value but may satisfy cravings for others. I don't use it personally because I don't crave rice anymore :)

    Nag crave po ako sa Korean noodles & DQ ice cream, kinabukasan hindi ako maka hinga, ubo ng ubo at sinisipon. Nakakatakot po mag cheat sa low carb, lessons learned, huwag niyo ako gayahin.

      and fr now on bawal n tlga kkain ng mga fuuts ..na addict na ako mg fruit salad like mango pineapple avocado banana wd nestle sour cream nestle non-fat milk plus may mga nuts pa like walnuts pistachio and seeds like flax, tri-color quinoa wd a pinch of himalayan salt and lemonsito and sometimes i soak overnight quaker whole grain rolled oats..and its effective for my daily bowel movement...While now that i've been starting your Low Carb Diet for a week now...i can hardly have my bowel movement daily..

    Doc.hindi naman po ako diabetic 1year na po ako naglowcarb.Pero kapag nagrerelease ako ng pawis at sobrang pagod nagchichill po ako pero yong protein intake ko I maintain half klo of meat a day.Tapos feeling ng brain ko lutang bakit po ganon?

      Opinyon ko lang base po sa mga nabasa ko. Di nyo nabanggit ang fat intake nyo. Pag nag low carb kasi ibig sabihin more fat intake para sa energy katawan. Pinapalitan mo ang calorie ng carbs for fats. Consume mo lang good fats. Meron atang lists si dra ng good fats check mo yon.

      @@soniadaileg2553 sa mga nabasa at napanood ko fluid/water retention ang nakikitang association dahil sa pagiging insulin resistance ng katawan. Kaya sa may mga hypertension, madalas pag kumain ng salt nagkakaron ng additional blood pressure dahil hindi mailabas ng kidney ang salt, nanatili sa dugo at ang salt may kasamang water yan. Kaya ang puso pump ng pump para mailabas sa circulation kaya nakakaramdam ng high blood pressure. Ang low carb isang tools para ma fix ang pagiging insulin resistance. Ang fats/cholesterol ang sinasabing sanhi ng pagbara dahil sa plague. Pero bagong maging sanhi ng pagbara kagaya ng high blood pressure may proseso na dadaanan. In short Insulin Resistance din ang isa sa mga sanhi. Kaya pag na fix ang insulin malaki ang chance na gagaling or di mo sasapitin ang mga ganitong sakit.

    E paano po yung kung kumain ka, ng skyflakes pero others are controlled only skyflakes PO? Saka once breaded chicken. Only once po? Does it really has a, great impact? Kung once lang po ginawa. I still continue the LCB 16 to 24 hours fasting. Please take time to reply. I know po you are very busy.
