How to be a pro:
Learn a combo and spam it a million times.
That's MKX in a nutshell
The new MK will not be different
That's why (personally) mk fails to be an entertaining fighting game to watch forget playing it. Moves need to chain together differently and there need to be many more options when the opponent is far away other than spear or if they're high enough scorpions teleport. Major changes to the combo game need to happen and on a unrelated note the animation in mk and injustice has been God awful since mk9 and needs more time or care given
Sad Soldier neutral and mind games my friend, It’s not just about combos. And if you get hit by a starter every time your opponent does it, stop whiffing and consider blocking.
Ridley Johnstone injustice 2 had many options “other than spear” for most characters. But people called it a zoning game.
And btw most of the roster in MKX has either something to zone or counter zoning with.
The game calculated your win odds and it literally said 0% and you still jumped straight in
of course i will man i won a 0% before as well but its a pro player its a one time thing so i had to play.

All I'm saying is you can tell when people have mastered certain characters in a fighting game by how their combos work most players do a chain of up to 2-3 hits and then go into blocking their opponent's combo which there is nothing wrong with that then you got the true masters where all they need is one hit and they can chain 20 hit combos consistently plus the way they manage their distance is near godly cause they know the speed and ranges of both characters attacks and pick the right one to close that gap the quickest
This is the basic player im matched up against in online
I enjoyed watching this so much. Cause I suck at the game and knowing you managed to win at least one round against someone where your odds were 0% made me happy to see lol

The Fatality detail is very good in Mk11 but you can tell me whatever you want, the Characters look way better and more detailed than in mk11. But the speediness in X is also better. Mk 11 is to slow in my opinion

Leland Jones at high levels you can easily just chain together combos that do more than 33%, so it's better to save your bars for a combo breaker or an enhanced ability.
@@lelandjones9035 They don't use x-rays because they're inefficient. You can do the same amount of damage with practically any combo at the cost of one bar vs three bars.
X rays aren't viable at high level gameplay and fatalities are extremely played out. Some use skins.
X rays aren't good, the opponents can easily block them off, just stick to comboiing.

nah Kotal Kahn is pretty good. He is slow and clunky but i played with him for a couple weeks and i started dropping between 28-62 percent combos in the first 15 seconds of the fight. If you choose the right mod for the character

MK X was The Last Jedi of all the MK games. It totally killed my love for the series. No strategy. No “chess”. No balance. Learn the juggle then combo to oblivion. There shouldn’t be any combos longer than 5 hits. Takes the fun out.

Dude with Scorpion has skills. He is a good opponent. He does not stay back, spam moves, he uses all combos, and he utlizies run cancels. (I only watched half the video). I play MKX a bit. Most people I play pick troll characters and talk crap. I've faced 3 good players who actually use their character fully. Also I don't know about you guys but people who play with kitana just suck. They literally just stay back and spam her fans. GG to both players
