The obligation letter is valid for 5 years. But since it has the name of your university on it and the date its validity starts, I'm sure you have to get a new one. Thank you so much

You’re taking a formal obligation letter I guess. It’s a requirement so you can only overcome it by fulfilling it. But u can write me an email if u need more help on it.
