If you have money, it's a good place. If you have a car, it's a good place. If you like a calm and quiet life, it's a good place. There is a lot of cons as well. Transport system sucks. It's 40 minutes bus to go everywhere. There is not enough jobs. Sometimes looks like we are in India, cause there is toooons of people from there in London (most of them are amazing).
I'd rent just north of fanshawe. The homes to the east (flemming drive area) of fanshawe have too many parties and is very noisy. But the streets in behind fanshawe are usually much quieter
Hey ryan im a fellow londoner too love ur videos and i think i seen u a few a months back and i nodded my head at u and u nodded back lol 😆 it was pree cool to see u i person felt like a celebrity site 😂
No doubt it is beautiful cities but it is not friendly cities than winnipeg manitoba, I lived in winnipeg for 4 years and now. For study i am in london but noticed that no one talks to each other or no smile 😃
I like your videos, man.I am living in China and planing to immigrate to London Canada. It would be great if you can help me to choose a house in London in the near future
Just not downtown. Lots of parks in west, south and north London. Living near springbank park would be a bonus, so that would be Byron. Northridge or stoneybrook would be a bother good place but a little more affordable
Compared to where? We are Southern Ontario, south of Toronto. So it’s slightly warmer than Toronto. We used to be right in the middle of the snow belt, but truthfully we don’t get much anymore. Maybe the odd year we get a snowstorm but it’s often green at Christmas

Hi Ryan, what’s the best area for a family with small kids (3 and 6yrs old)?
Just not downtown. Lots of parks in west, south and north London. Living near springbank park would be a bonus, so that would be Byron. Northridge or stoneybrook would be a bother good place but a little more affordable
Hi Ryan, any idea of how many and when the new schools will be ready to put in use? Thanks.
Two new schools are supposed to open for the 2025-2026 school year. If all goes to plan. One in lambeth and on in north west London I believe
What about the weather ?
