- Here is the second of two El Stew videos known to exist as requested by David Losi. This was edited to "not" show the soundcheck. This was originally shot in 720x576 PAL 32fps 4:3, and I converted it to 720x480 NTSC MPEG2 29.9fps 4:3
I was unsure if YT would accept a 720x576 PAL format since YT seems to be more and more difficult to navigate each day, so I just reduced it to 720x480 to prevent an upload error message.
Converted with Sony Vegas Pro 10.0 using 2Pass VBR @ 9,500,000bps Maximum.
Originally Filmed and Burned by Chazuke
Buckethead - Guitar
Brain - Drums
Eddie Def - Bass
DJ Disk aka PhonopsychographDISK - Turntables
DJ Extrakd - Turntables
I was at this performance and actually met Buckethead (w/o his mask) before the show. I was waiting for a friend, to go to dinner beforehand. About the same time he got there Brain, DJ Disk and a few others came out of Slims and said they were planning to go to the same restaurant. I had met those guys years before and we walked a few blocks and ate together. Big-B was really cool and humble, just a regular guy. We compared hands, his fingers were as long as mine but my hands are bigger overall. I miss those days of going to see Buckethead live in SF, almost weekly in several different bands.

I miss the old days too my friend. He used to be able to walk down the street without his mask and nobody cared. My gf at the time gave him a big old scary spider toy with *like* a Bride of Chucky doll head attached that she made, he genuinely loved it! ✌️
16:07 so beautiful, thanks for uploading!
OH MY FUCKING GOD. I remember seeing this live version of el stews song #2 from the rehearsal on some buckethead fan archive a long time ago and it disappeared. I've searched the internet for years to no avail. I didn't think i'd ever see it again. I love you
🔥
The fact that this exists is incredible, travel backwards to go forward to experience historical music......WOW, THANKS MAN.

OMG in 2x is like videogames... This version of buckethead in 2x this: ua-cam.com/video/k0UJLIW_P_A/v-deo.html in 2x... it's like listening to a ship flying quickly through space or hearing a lot of shots from it, or from an ordinary aircraft at war, or a couple making love ... and quickly😬
*THANK YOU!* ❤️
David Losi
yw np anytime 👍
It’s a little dark, but I thought I would leave the recording “as is” because Buckethead sometimes prefers/requests the lighting to be kept dark/minimal, and that’s the way it was recorded.

Can someone tell me what the song name is at 38:26 please
Is the sound check somewhere out there?
Yes, but I won’t post it per Bucketheads request many years ago.
@@bucketheaddatabase522 Ok that’s alright. Could you send it to me? I collect a lot of old Paul Gilbert, Yngwie and bucket bootlegs I’d love to see it. Thank you
@@master.exploder5150 sorry can’t trade or give it away either. Like the Moonraker video with Mike Patton, I promised to never release it.
@@bucketheaddatabase522 Oh alright. Also do you happen to know if the full Gig of deli creeps at Da Gallery in Pamona is out there anywhere? ua-cam.com/video/PKxBfQHC-2g/v-deo.html
@@master.exploder5150 no I wish, because I was at that da gallery show. I’m sure Buckethead has the complete version.
